Going back to work after giving birth is a big responsibility for any new mom.

But Princess Eugenie had a more literal burden when she was seen last week outside the Central London art gallery where she works, laden with three bags and a water bottle holder.

But with the Louis Vuitton Capucines bag costing £5,150 and the London Velvet water holster for £240, she looks like anything but a bag lady.

The princess also carried a £45 tote bag featuring her workplace logo and – perhaps something more familiar to the rest of us – a Deliveroo paper tote bag.

It is the first time Eugenie has been spotted at Hauser & Wirth, where she is a director, since the birth of her son August in February last year. The toddler made his first public appearance at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in June, departed, with mom and dad Jack Brooksbank.

To add to her ensemble – she was spotted wearing a London Velvet water holster for £240

An onlooker said: ‘For a first-time mother dealing with the demands of both a young baby and a busy career, she looks extremely stylish’

At the gallery, Eugenie’s ensemble included a sleeveless jacket with belt in burgundy from Topshop, which she first saw in December 2015 and sold for around £79.

Her knee-high boots, from Florence-based designer brand Aquazzura, cost £855.

One onlooker said, “For a first-time mother meeting the demands of both a young baby and a busy career, she looks extraordinarily stylish.”
