Princess Diana’s niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, has revealed her daughter’s name.
Earl Spencer’s eldest daughter, 33, announced she secretly gave birth to her first child with husband Michael Lewis, 65, in March.
While Kitty didn’t confirm the gender of her baby in her Mother’s Day post, her younger sister Lady Eliza raved about her “perfect little niece” in the comments.
Over the weekend, the proud mother shared a new photo of her daughter on Instagram – and revealed her name to 713,000 people in the caption.
The black and white photo, taken by London-based photographer Susheel Schoeder, shows Kitty kissing her daughter on the head as she stands on a windowsill.

The post has racked up more than 32,000 likes in the past 24 hours – and fans are raving about the “beautiful” name.
Someone wrote: ‘Oooh darling… Athena is so beautiful!! Just like her mommy.’
“Congratulations,” another added. “She’s so precious. I love her name.’
“What a fantastic Greek name,” said a third.
Kitty’s sister Lady Amelia added: ‘Perfect angel.’ Meanwhile, Lady Eliza wrote: ‘Puppy!’
Lady Kitty, then 30, married multimillionaire Michael Lewis on July 24, 2021, at Villa Aldobrandini in Frascati, a beautiful country house with views towards Rome.
For her wedding dress, Kitty opted for a high-necked, Victorian-inspired white lace gown with feminine puff sleeves and a fitted waist.

After postponing their wedding for two years due to the pandemic, the celebrations stretched over three days and were attended by close friends including pop star Pixie Lott and the Marchioness of Bath.
The bride, a global brand ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana, wore five of the designer’s dresses last weekend.
For her wedding dress, Kitty opted for a high-necked, Victorian-inspired white lace dress with feminine puff sleeves and a fitted waist. The design was inspired by her mother Victoria Lockwood’s own wedding dress, featuring a button-up front.
Designer and co-founder of the fashion house, Domenico Dolce, later said of Kitty’s bridal wardrobe: ‘She told us that she had thought of us straight away, and we were very happy about that!’
“They were beautiful and emotional moments,” Dolce said. “One of the sources of inspiration is definitely her love for Italy. Kitty is in love with our beautiful country and its rich history, art and culture.”
Stefano Gabbana said: “But she is also a girl very attached to her origins, to England; to its heritage of the great Victorian era. And like all English people, she has a great passion for all types of flowers.’

The famous Spencer Tiara that Princess Diana wore was missing from the ceremony. Instead, Kitty opted for an elegant veil, intricate headpieces and floral crowns that each complemented the respective dresses.
The couple exchanged vows amidst the floral arches, with music provided by a pianist and a singer standing to the right of the couple.
Mr Lewis wore a yarmulke, and it is believed Lady Kitty received instruction in the Jewish faith prior to the ceremony.
The smiling newlyweds walked hand in hand back down the aisle as guests threw pastel confetti into the air.
The festivities continued into the evening with dancing and a live band. The evening ended with a spectacular fireworks display.
The model caught the businessman’s attention when they met through mutual friends in 2018 and they married three years later in a lavish Italian wedding.
But before she met her prince charming, Lady Kitty, she had made a name for herself in the fashion world as a spokesperson for Dolce & Gabbana. They supplied five dresses for her wedding and participated in various fashion weeks around the world.
Michael also knows a thing or two about fashion, as he is chairman of the Foschini Group, owner of the British retail chains Whistles and Phase Eight.
The tycoon is believed to be worth £80million, with a £19million estate in London and a home in his native South Africa, where his wife grew up after her Charles, the 9th Earl Spencer, and his first wife, Victoria Lockwood, divorced.
