Prince William has been praised for being ‘so protective of his children’ after a selfie from the proud royal father showed him beaming alongside Taylor Swift, George and Charlotte.
The Prince of Wales today released a delighted photo of himself next to the pop icon, after which the singer quickly posted her own photo, which also features her American football star boyfriend Travis Kelce.
All three royals can be seen grinning widely after they were spotted enjoying the songs among the crowd at the sold-out performance last night. William could be seen placing a protective hand on both George and Charlotte’s shoulders.
In a joyfully candid moment, Prince William was even spotted doing a few “dad dance moves” during his longtime friend’s performance of Shake It Off.
And royal fans were quick to share their happiness when they saw the future king enjoying a tender moment with his children.
One said: ‘William puts his hands on Charlotte and George… He is so protective of his children.’

Taylor kicked off the London leg of her record-breaking Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium last night, where she performed for fans, celebrities and politicians alike – as well as her American footballer boyfriend Travis Kelce.
Prince William and megastar Swift have known each other for a long time; the pair shared the stage at Kensington Palace to perform Livin’ On A Prayer with Jon Bon Jovi at a charity event in 2013.

Last night’s show came after the military band at Buckingham Palace performed a rendition of Shake It Off earlier in the day to mark the Eras Tour which arrived in the British capital for three nights this weekend, before another five in August.
Among those who came to the Wembley Stadium show last night was Taylor’s supermodel-actress girlfriend Cara Delevingne.
Ms Swift, 34, and her boyfriend reunited after a month apart with her boyfriend Travis Kelce as he flew out of Cannes with his older brother Jason.

Her first show in London was always going to be special to her as she has a close bond with the capital after calling it her second home during the six years she was in a relationship with British actor Joe Alwyn.
Ms. Swift has also dated several other British heartthrobs, including singer Harry Styles and actor Tom Hiddleston.
Friday night’s concert was the first of three sold-out dates at Wembley, with the international sensation returning for a further five shows in August.
