Prince Louis stole the spotlight as he appeared disinterested for King Charles’s coronation
Prince Louis always manages to steal the show at royal engagements, sticking his tongue out at his mum or dramatically covering his ears on the balcony of Buckingham Palace – and he didn’t let his fans down today.
The youngest son of the Prince and Princess of Wales, Louis – who turned five on St. George’s Day on April 23 – once again melted hearts at Westminster Abbey for the King’s coronation today.
The fourth in line to the throne, looking regal in a tailor-made outfit from a Savile Row tailor, seemed disinterested as he yawned throughout the ceremony.
The cheeky prince looked around the abbey pointing at objects as he sat next to his older sister Princess Charlotte during the opening moments of the historic service.
When his sister tried to hold up the order of service for him to look at, he looked the other way and was seen yawning as he entered the abbey holding hands with Charlotte.
I’ll keep you awake! The youngest son of the Prince and Princess of Wales, Louis – who turned five on St. George’s Day on April 23 – was once again heartwarming today at Westminster Abbey for the King’s coronation
During the national broadcast, Louis was seen kicking his feet, forcing his mother, Kate, to whisper to him.
The cute prince later slumped back in his chair grumpily, proving that the long shift may have been too much for a five-year-old.
The prince was initially not supposed to be present at the coronation, but it seems that the family decided to hire him at the last minute.
It is thought that Prince Louis will not be attending the Windsor concert tomorrow.
Previously, Prince Louis stole the show at the Trooping the Color celebrations in June last year, where he made a series of hilarious faces – including covering his ears in front of the Queen when the sound of the roaring aircraft engines became too much during the flight past.

Royal fans were quick to take to social media to share the images along with witty captions.
A few days later, during the Platinum Pageant, he again attracted attention by getting into mischief, this time by sticking his tongue out at his mother, Kate The Princess of Wales, and also playfully covering her mouth with his hand.
Also at the event, Mike and Zara Tindall’s daughter, Lena, took out the treats, leading to a small bickering as the others tried to get the bag.
A video shared by royal viewers on Twitter shows the youngster trying to share the treat with Princess Charlotte, who sits in front of her.
Also in attendance were Zara Tindall, 41, and her husband Mike, 43, a former England rugby player, as well as their eldest two children, Mia, and Lena, three.
They sat next to Savannah Philips, 11, another of the Queen’s great-grandchildren, and the daughter of Peter Phillips and Autumn Kelly.
The little prince was unexpectedly the center of attention last year during Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee flypast. He put his hands over his ears and yelled…

While the families were all having fun watching the parade, chaos erupted when Lena tried to give her bag of sweets to Princess Charlotte.
Both Savannah and Prince Louis tried to help themselves with one of the treats, earning a stern look from the three-year-old as she withdrew the bag, and tried to keep him away from the others.
Savannah burst out laughing as she tried to grab one of the treats.
Meanwhile, Lena walked between the seats to offer one of the sweets to Prince George, who had so far steered clear of the line.
Another beautiful clip from the event showed Kate Middleton comforting Zara Tindall after she climbed to her seat looking for a hug.
In the footage, Kate can be seen stroking Mia’s arm and straightening her hair as the royals whisper something in her ear.
Princess Charlotte, seven, also noticed that Mia was upset and tenderly rubbed her back in a calming gesture.
