I knocked on the door and held my breath while I waited. The door swung open. That smile,’ Vella began, quoting Harry’s account of the date.

‘Her hair partially covered her eyes, her arms reached for me. She pushed me inside and thanked her friend in one fluid motion, then she quickly closed the door before anyone saw her.

The cameras cut to Boney and Cullen wincing in embarrassment.

Boney shrieked and recoiled in horror at Harry’s bold revelation, as Cullen blurted out, ‘Is this a Mills & Boon novel? Is this rated R? Wow!

Composing herself, Boney added: “In the audiobook, he reads that version, so imagine him saying it with his voice in your ear.”

Boney shuddered at the thought of Harry recounting the quote in the audiobook version.

‘You’re driving in the car, maybe taking a walk with the dog [and] Harry is saying that…’ he continued, before lunging forward and choking.

“You’ll stop for that moment,” Cullen suggested, and Boney added, “I think I’m going to get sick.”
