Meghan Markle’s sister, Samantha, demands that Prince Harry produce evidence under oath against his wife as she prepares to take her defamation case to court.

In legal papers filed in Florida on Friday, Ms Markle has asked the Duke of Sussex to participate in the deposition proceedings under oath. Mirror reports.

The 56-year-old is suing Meghan, 41, for £60,000 in damages, claiming her reputation was in tatters after her sister spread “malicious lies” in her 2021 Oprah interview.

Ms Markle is also asking for Meghan to be interviewed on camera a day before the deposition, and reportedly wants her to make 38 separate admissions in the case.

Among the admissions, she reportedly wants Meghan to state publicly that both the late Queen Elizabeth and King Charles are “not racists.”

Meghan is understood to want the case dismissed entirely.

Ms Markle, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, claims she is the victim of “humiliation and hate” due to “grossly false and malicious statements” allegedly made by her sister.

He also reportedly called her over statements by father Thomas Markle, former royal aide Jason Knauf, his daughter Ashleigh Hale and online safety expert Christopher Bouzy.

A mediator has been appointed in an attempt to avoid a trial, while Meghan’s lawyer, Michael J. Kump, has claimed that Ms Markle’s demands are irrelevant.

Ms Markle reportedly felt belittled by Meghan’s memory of being an “only child” growing up. When she first expressed her anger over the comments, the Duchess of Sussex pointed out that she was merely describing her opinion.

Journalists quoted her as saying “The Queen would be horrified” and called her a “shower**” on Twitter.

He gave numerous interviews attacking the Duchess, but has since backtracked and congratulated her.

Ms. Markle released a book about her sister titled The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister: A Memoir, Part One.

It lays bare the details of the Markles’ upbringing, including the rivalry when their father was still married to the actress’s mother, Doria Ragland.

But Ms Markle also writes about her adoration of Meghan as a baby, describing the baby as “biracial, beautiful and the color of a peach and rose.”

And recently, Ms Markle appeared on an Australian breakfast news show criticizing Netflix’s six-part docuseries about the royals.

She labeled him a “flopumentarian” who was “ridiculous” and bordered on “comedy.”

“There is so much rhetoric on this point, and so many lies that have been thrown around, debunked, and yet there is this repeated need to push this narrative forward.”
