Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have their job titles left BLANK on VIP guest list as they join some of Hollywood’s most famous faces to watch Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami play in Los Angeles

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have left their job title BLANK on the VIP guest list as they join some of Hollywood’s most famous faces Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami play in Los Angeles

  • Everyone on the guest list had a job title, except Meghan and Harry
  • The former working royals saw Lionel Messi play for Inter Miami
  • They watched the game at a big football game in Los Angeles

As former working royals, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan have clearly struggled to find their new roles in public life.

And a published VIP guest list for a big Los Angeles football game on Sunday seems to suggest that no one else has the slightest idea what they’re doing… except they’re famous as ex-working royals, at least.

Other stars — from Hollywood icons like Leonardo DiCaprio and Will Ferrell to sports legends like basketball players Magic Johnson and LeBron James — helpfully had a description of their names in the official Los Angeles Football Club press release.

But Harry and Meghan were the only two of the 39 “notable attendees” with no indication of what they’re doing.

Also in attendance were Gerard Butler, Tom Holland, Toby Maguire, Ed Norton, Selena Gomez and Owen Wilson, all helpfully listed as actors despite being household names worldwide.

Musicians included Britain’s Liam Gallagher, as well as Nas and Rage Against the Machine.

But Prince Harry and Meghan Markle (the Duchess of Sussex’s maiden name) were listed as, well, just that — with a space next to their names.

In the end, his wife was absent, but Harry was present at LAFC’s celebrity-packed game against David Beckham’s Inter Miami.

He watched the players, including Inter Miami’s new star Lionel Messi, from the director’s box. The prince, who also attended a Beyonce concert in LA with his wife this weekend, was never known as a football fan when he lived in Britain.

He supported Arsenal but admitted he preferred rugby. Photos from Sunday, however, show him enthusiastically participating in the game, perhaps buoyed by a memory of home.

Harry will make a rare trip back to Britain on Thursday to attend the annual WellChild Awards in London, a charity of which he remains a patron.

There are no plans for him to meet his father or brother William, who will work despite Friday being the first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s death.
