Prince Andrew has been accused of taking part in an 'underage orgy' during his stay at Jeffrey Epstein's Caribbean home, nicknamed the 'Island of Sin', court documents allege today.
The Duke of York is once again involved in the sex scandal surrounding his pedophile boyfriend, just over a year after settling the multi-million dollar lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffre in 2022.
Former US President Bill Clinton “loves young people”, an alleged Epstein victim also claims in almost a thousand pages released by a US court, and there was an allegation that Professor Stephen Hawking took part in a sex party.
Today it emerged that one of Epstein's alleged sex slaves, known only as Jane Doe 3, has claimed she was told to have intercourse with Prince Andrew during an orgy on Epstein's island, Little Saint James, in the US Virgin Islands.
A 2014 lawsuit alleges that she was “forced to have sexual relations with this prince when she was a minor, in three different geographic locations.” She claims this happened “in London (in Ghislaine Maxwell's apartment), in New York and on Epstein's private island in the US Virgin Islands (in an orgy with numerous other underage girls).”
The newly unsealed documents allege that Epstein told Jane Doe 3 to “give the prince what he demanded.” Jane Doe 3 claims Ghislaine Maxwell “facilitated Prince Andrew's sexual assaults by acting as a 'madame' to Epstein.”
Jane Doe 3 is not mentioned in the documents. Virginia Giuffre claims she had sex with Andrew in 2001 when she was 17, which is under 18 in the US Virgin Islands, for example, but not in Britain, where it is 16. 18 and 17 in New York.

The names of more than 170 people who were Epstein's associates, friends or victims will be made public following an order from a US judge last month.
In more than 900 pages of documents, Prince Andrew is mentioned 69 times.
The first set of documents was released on Wednesday evening, with high-profile figures such as the Duke of York and former US President Bill Clinton playing prominent roles. There are also mentions of Donald Trump, Michael Jackson, Stephen Hawking, David Copperfield, Alan Dershowitz and many more.
Mr. Dershowitz has said he wants to release all the documents because it will prove he “did nothing wrong.” Others have also released denials, including Prince Andrew himself. Mr Copperfield has also denied wrongdoing and said he regrets his association with Epstein.
Following the release of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein by a New York court, Virginia Giuffre, one of the pedophile financier's victims, posted on X, noting that a site where the files were released had crashed.
She wrote: “We broke the website.”

Court documents show that Ms. Giuffre said during a 2016 deposition that Ghislaine Maxwell told her to have sex with several men, including Andrew.
After asking Ms Giuffre in turn about each of the men, Laura Menninger, a lawyer who was part of Maxwell's legal team at the time, asked: “Other than Glenn Dubin, (confidential text), Prince Andrew, Jean Luc Brunel, Bill Richardson, another prince, the owner of the major hotel chain and Marvin Minsky. Is there anyone else Ghislaine Maxwell told you to have sex with?'
Ms. Giuffre replied, “I am absolutely certain that it is. But can I remember everyone's name? No.'
The unsealed documents include the transcript of Virginia being questioned about the whereabouts of the photo showing her with the Duke of York.
When asked where the photo was during her 2016 deposition, she said, “I probably still have it. It is not currently in my possession.”
Ms Giuffre added that it may have been in storage boxes at her mother and father-in-law's home in Sydney, Australia.
She also said documents related to the case may also have been in the storage boxes that were “full of Nerf guns, my children's toys and photos.”
During the deposition, Ms Giuffre said she gave the photo to the FBI in 2011 but last saw it before packing her home to emigrate to Australia from Colorado.
The deposition of a woman named Johanna Sjoberg was also published as part of the documents.
She previously claimed Andrew touched her breast while she sat on a couch in the American billionaire's Manhattan apartment in 2001, while giving testimony in May 2016.
The incident is said to have occurred when Ms. Giuffre and Ms. Sjoberg were at Epstein's home on Fifth Avenue in New York.
Ms. Sjoberg's statement referred to a doll placed on Ms. Giuffre's chest at the same time – believed to be Andrew's Spitting Image doll.
Epstein trafficked victims “for sexual purposes” to powerful men, including a “well-known prime minister” and other world leaders, according to a 2014 filing.
Pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein was willing to reward one of his victim's friends if they “could prove her accusations were false” – including that professor Stephen Hawking took part in an underage orgy, court documents have revealed.
An email from Epstein to disgraced British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell revealed that he was happy for her to “offer a reward” to one of Virginia Giuffre's friends to refute her claims, shortly after she was accused of a 2015 filed a civil claim in the US.
The email said: “You can offer a reward to all of Virginia's friends, acquaintances and family who come forward and help prove her accusations are false.
“The strongest is the Clinton dinner, and the new version in the Virgin Islands in which Stephen Hawking participated in an underage orgy.”

Also released in court papers as part of Ms Giuffre's civil claim against Maxwell was the transcript of the socialite's videotaped evidence, given under oath.
During her interview, known in the US as a deposition, Maxwell claimed she could only remember Prince Andrew being on Epstein's island once.
Andrew withdrew from public life after the furor over his friendship with Epstein and paid millions to settle a civil sexual assault case against Ms. Giuffre, a woman he claimed never to have met.
The Duke was ousted from the working monarchy and no longer uses his HRH style after Ms Giuffre, who was trafficked by Epstein, accused him of sexually assaulting her when she was 17.
He strongly denies that anything is going on.
When asked if there were any girls under the age of 18 present on that one occasion, Maxwell replied: 'There were no girls on the island at all.
'No girls, no women, except the staff who work in the house.
“Girls mean, I guess you're asking minors, but there was no one female except the cooks and cleaners.”
Other documents showed Maxwell sent an email in January 2015, shortly after a civil claim was filed against her, in which she described herself as “out of my depth.”
She added: 'I have already suffered such a terrible and painful loss in the last few days that I can't even see what life after press hell is like – statements that don't cover everything just lead to more questions… What is my relationship with Clinton? Andreas on and on.'
Johanna Sjoberg also said Epstein told her that former President Bill Clinton “thinks she's young, referring to girls.”
Ms. Sjoberg said, “I knew he was dealing with Bill Clinton.
“I didn't know they were friends until I read the Vanity Fair article about them going to Africa together.”
Asked whether Epstein had ever spoken about the former president, Ms. Sjoberg said: “He once said that Clinton thinks they are young, referring to girls.”
In 2019, Clinton's spokesman said he knew “nothing about the terrible crimes to which Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty” and that the pair had not spoken “in more than a decade.”
The spokesperson also said Clinton had never been to Epstein's island called Little St James, his ranch in New Mexico, nor his home in Florida.
