The Prince and Princess of Wales enjoyed a family outing to Lapland, UK, with their two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Prince William and Kate, both 40, were spotted leaving the Ascot-based Christmas theme park by an eagle-eyed fan, who shared a photograph of the royal group on Instagram.

The royal couple were photographed with nine-year-old George and seven-year-old Charlotte, as well as their Norland nanny, María Teresa Turrion Borrallo. It’s unclear if four-year-old Prince Louis also joined them for the outing.

Looking understated, Kate opted for a brown double-breasted coat, teamed with brown Chelsea boots and a navy beanie, while William rocked blue jeans, a puffer jacket and a matching green flat cap.

Charlotte, dressed in a blue jacket and red trousers, George and William carried a stuffed animal as they exited the festive attraction in December.

Meanwhile, George wore a blue puffer coat, jeans and a patterned beanie for a trip with his parents to the Christmas theme park, which features a toy factory, a magical forest and reindeer.

News of his departure comes after the family spent Christmas at Sandringham with King Charles, Queen Consort Camilla and the rest of the royal family.

Kate smiled as she held the hand of her youngest son, four-year-old Prince Louis, as she walked with William, George and Charlotte to St Mary Magdalene Church on the Norfolk Estate on Christmas Day.

The mother-of-three looked typically chic in a festive recycled coat, believed to be by British designer Alexander McQueen.

She paired the statement garment with a Philip Treacy hat containing a feather and statement earrings by French brand Sézane as the group walked to the toilet.

The thrifty royal recycled the military-style coat to attend an engagement at Bradford town hall in January 2020, shortly after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they were stepping down as royals.

For the holiday outing, the princess teamed her structured coat with bespoke knee-high heeled black boots by Gianvito Rossi.

Wearing her thick brown locks loose and cascading to her shoulders, she pushed them out of her face and opted for minimal makeup to enhance her natural beauty.

The Princess of Wales beamed with happiness as she walked to the service with her husband, ahead of the other members of the Royal Family.

She looked dapper in her festive attire as she greeted well-wishers who traveled to Norfolk.

It was the Royal Family’s first Christmas at Sandringham in two years after the late Queen stayed in Windsor over the 2020 and 2021 bank holiday period due to the coronavirus pandemic, and the first time the family had spent the holidays without the late monarch.
