“It was very old, and I had to really open up to the possibilities.
‘The outside felt like I was in Barcelona, or somewhere in Europe. And if I did the job, I knew I was going to fall in love with it,” she told Architectural Digest.

She noted that she had converted what was once a wine cellar into a “girl” speakeasy, with red walls and dark lighting.
She revealed that she got inspiration from her “favorite bar is Paris at the Hotel Costes.”
