Several Premier League matches in November have been changed due to television coverage and European competitions.

The top flight confirmed the news on Friday, with several start times changing in the penultimate month of the year as the season gets underway.

The matches that have been rescheduled include Newcastle vs Arsenal and Tottenham vs Chelsea on the opening weekend of the month.

Some matches have not been shifted by days, but rather times due to television selections, while the switch to European involvement is set around Brighton’s first season playing European football, as well as the involvement of Liverpool and Aston Villa in continental competitions.

Perhaps the biggest match that has been rescheduled is champions Manchester City’s trip to Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea, which will now take place on November 12 at 4:30 PM instead of November 11 at 3:00 PM.
