The Premier League title has been secured after Arsenal’s defeat at Nottingham Forest on Saturday handed it to Manchester City.
Elsewhere, the race for the top four is close to being decided, with Newcastle already qualifying for next season’s Champions League, while Manchester United need just one point from their last two matches against Chelsea and Fulham to ensure they return to the most important club competition in Europe.
Liverpool are guaranteed to finish at least fifth, while Brighton are almost certainly sixth, as they are three points clear of Aston Villa in seventh with a goal difference that is 16 goals better.
Villa, Tottenham Hotspur and Brentford can all secure qualification for the Europa Conference League, but it remains in the hands of Unai Emery’s side who host Brighton.
Everton are currently in the best position for survival as they are two points clear of 18th-placed Leicester and 19th-placed Leeds.
The Foxes are boosted by having a much better goal difference than their relegation rivals, but they need to win their game against the Hammers and hope Everton fail to beat Bournemouth.
Leeds must improve on Leicester’s result and hope they manage to overcome their three-goal deficit to Sean Dyche’s side.
