Love Islander, 28, was seen lying in a hospital bed in the montage of video she shared with her 1.4 million Instagram followers.
She looked glam in a green ensemble as she headed to London for a full day of work before going into labor.
Alongside the post, she wrote: “So what started out as a ‘come work with me’ reel, turned into a ‘come to the hospital with me’ reel.
“I had my last job before the baby this morning, an international women’s day panel, and just before my taxi came, things took a turn and I was on my way to the hospital, and they told me I was in labor.

The reality star previously confirmed that she would be raising her firstborn as a single mother, following the drug bust of her ex-boyfriend Billy Webb.
The baby’s father, Billy, 29, could face up to 16 years in prison if convicted after police arrested the real estate agent in a drug raid in January.
Shaughna opened up about having to give birth alone, in an interview with OK! magazine just weeks before she welcomed her first child, in which the reality star said: “After a challenging few weeks, obviously the baby’s father is gone.”
“But my main goal has always been to prepare for the birth and try to be as calm as possible. I’m good at just saying, “Okay, the show must go on.”
She added: ‘Billy’s not around, but I don’t want to say I’m doing it alone, because I absolutely am not, my family is amazing. It’s going to be different, but I don’t want to say it’s going to be bad.

The Sun reported that police allegedly recovered cocaine and MDMA before a follow-up search at a nearby address revealed a large quantity of illicit substances.
Billy was then charged with one count of possession with intent to supply a Schedule A drug and one count of being involved in the supply of controlled drugs.
Shaughna, who has kept her boyfriend off social media to protect his privacy, stated that she was “not aware of any activity related to the allegations against Billy.”
His representative said: “Despite having a long-term relationship with the defendant, Shaughna has no ties to the address in question and will openly assist police with their investigations.”
“We kindly ask the public to be mindful of the impending birth of Shaughna’s baby and allow her some privacy during this difficult and stressful time.”

A Met Police statement told MailOnline: “Billy Webb, 29, was charged with possession with intent to supply a Schedule A drug and being involved in the supply of controlled drugs on 21 January.”
Shaughna previously revealed that she wants to name her unborn baby after her boyfriend if it’s a boy.
The Love Islander said: ‘My father’s name will be the baby’s middle name. There are a few reasons why I’m not going to name my baby after my dad.
‘My dad’s real name is Edward, but everyone called him Eddie and I don’t know how well I’d be saying my dad’s name every day.
‘I still struggle with my father not being here, so I think it would be too much for me. The baby will be Billy Edward if he is a boy.
She added: “We’re keeping the girl’s name a secret, but it’s not a sentimental name, just a name we both love.”
Shaughna previously discussed Billy’s desire for privacy, saying: “I used to say [to my dates]’I’d like to keep my relationship private, if that’s okay with you?’
‘And if they said, ‘oh no, why would you keep me private?’ I’m like, red flag. But this guy said, “I never want to be in the public eye anyway,” and I was like, I like that answer.
“Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength, and I like that because anyone who chooses to let everyone know their every move, like me, is weird.”

Shaughna starred in the sixth season of Love Island, the winter 2020 edition of the reality show, and first teamed up with Callum Jones on the villa.
However, their brief relationship ended after Callum brought Molly Smith back from a stay at Casa Amor.
Shaughna was later kicked out of the villa when Luke Mabbott teamed up with Demi Jones instead of her.
Since her stint on Love Island, Shaughna has amassed 1.4 million followers on Instagram and makes a living as a social media influencer.
