Shaughna Phillips has given fans a first look at her amazing new home.

The 28-year-old Love Island star, who is expecting her first child, shared a CGI drawing of what the house will look like when construction is complete.

The TV personality will be living in luxury, with the graphic showing a very spacious two-story single-family home with a large front yard.

The house will feature a glass exterior to the front with a low wall surrounding the property.

Shaughna told her Instagram followers that she’s excited about the mockup, writing, “I’ve received my CGI drawings and I’m speechless.”

‘Some little tweaks here and there but I’m SO happy with how it’s going to look! The baby has definitely slowed things down, but all good things take time.

‘I have to say a big thank you to my architect @forwardarchitecture for going above and beyond every time I needed help.

‘There is never a question too dumb and they have made this whole experience so much easier for me. I cannot recommend them enough.’

Shaughna has created an account to document her home renovations and previously shared a photo of herself surrounded by clutter inside the property.

It comes after the star revealed that her car had been stolen just days before she welcomed her first child.

Shaughna took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday asking followers for help in locating the expensive £46,000 Range Rover.

She said the vehicle was stolen outside her mother’s house when she shared the news with her 1.4 million followers.

She wrote: ‘My car has been stolen outside my mother’s house early this morning in Eltham. Range Rover Velar KM19 JVE grey. If anyone sees it please let me know.’

He previously shared a post with fans after purchasing the car in November 2020 while posing next to the sleek vehicle.

She wrote: “So I’ve had my new car for about a month now, and while I was so proud of myself that I was able to get my dream car,”

“I was also very aware that this year has been one of the hardest for a lot of people, and it just didn’t seem right to make a song and dance about it!”

It comes after Shaughna revealed that her fans are convinced she’s having a girl and joked that she’d take ‘legal action’ if they end up getting it wrong.

She wrote: “With the number of people commenting on my photos saying that I am definitely having a girl, if this baby ends up being a boy I will personally find them all and issue legal proceedings.”

She added, “Disclaimer: I’ll be happy with anyone,” along with a pink and blue heart emoji.

Shaughna is preparing to welcome her first child without boyfriend Billy Webb after his drug bust.

Billy, 29, could face up to 16 years in prison if convicted after police arrested the real estate agent earlier this month.
