Pregnant Rhian Sugden is ‘over the moon’ as she reveals her unborn baby’s sex and says she’s already picked out a few names

Rhian Sugden has revealed she is having a baby boy, as she admitted it was ‘always my dream’ to have a son.

The model, 37, is expecting her first child with her husband of five years, actor Oliver Mellor, 42, due on May 4.

Speak with Closershe said she was “over the moon” when she was expecting a boy and that she and Oliver had already picked out a few possible names.

Rhian said: ‘It was always my dream to have a little boy, I don’t know why but I always imagined having a mini football team.

‘Oliver never said what he wanted, but when we found out it was a boy he had the biggest smile on his face. We’ve already decorated the nursery and chosen a few names – so far we like Tommy and George.’

Rhian has spent more than £150,000 to get through it eight grueling rounds of IVF more than five years to become pregnant.

She began her difficult journey to motherhood admitting that she suffered from depression, anxiety and an eating disorder while trying to conceive.

She said: ‘I would dread Mother’s Day or if friends shared news of their pregnancy because it didn’t work for me. I was brainwashed.

“Every time I got my period I was like, ‘Ugh, I’m not pregnant anymore,’ and I felt blue for the rest of the month.”

Rhian added that she and Oliver convinced themselves they wouldn’t be able to get pregnant and “started planning a good life without children.”

After finally getting pregnant, she shared that their son was “a miracle” and that she wants to have another child as soon as possible.

She said: ‘I love the pregnancy so much. It feels like a miracle and has helped heal my pain. I told Oliver, “I can’t bear the thought of this being the last time I’m pregnant, we have to go again.”

‘I would like to try IVF again to have a second child. I’m definitely not old, but time is ticking for me, so I want to start soon. I’d like to leave a gap, but I can’t afford to wait too long.’

She joked that her pregnancy made the couple get inventive with their sex positions because of her bump and the fact that she wasn’t allowed to lie on her back.

Rhian said that although they were ‘still very active in the bedroom’, their sex life is ‘a bit weird’ because Oliver doesn’t like the baby watching from her stomach.

It comes after she revealed her OnlyFans page funded her £150,000 IVF treatment, explaining she earned up to £1,000 a day for posting topless or nude photos on the site.

Rhian said The sun: ‘I have nice breasts and I’m not ashamed of OnlyFans. I’ve made more money from OnlyFans than I have in my entire career.’

‘There are so many topless pictures of me, and I thought: why not? I was making a few thousand a day,” she continued.

‘Ollie thinks it’s a bizarre concept that all these men pay money to see his wife’s breasts and he gets the benefits of IVF.’

Rhian also admitted that she’s still unsure if she’ll continue OnlyFans once their baby arrives.

She said that despite the “good money,” she feels like she isn’t sure how she will feel once her baby is born.
