An expectant mother who ordered a $66 ($45) cake for her baby shower was left in tears after it arrived looking nothing like the photo.
The woman is expecting her third child and ordered a dessert made of cupcakes with a fondant top in the shape of a baby body.
But instead, he received what was described as a “cheaper” version of the advertised cake and shared an image on Facebook.
“I’m crying my baby shower is tomorrow,” she wrote.
Despite the frustrating situation, other moms offered their advice on how to save the cake before the event. Others thought the mother was overreacting.

‘It looks like the photo on the right [the advertised image] and honestly everyone will take that cake apart and ruin it anyway since it’s all cupcakes,” added another.

Instead of looking like the number ’30’, the ‘3’ looks like an ‘m’ on its side and the ‘0’ doesn’t even have a hole in the middle.
The baker also decided to pipe the icing around the edge of the cake with little edible white roses.
