Asked if the father of her unborn child ever speaks to her baby, Molly-Mae told Sport Direct: “No, I think because he’s been away a long time, I think sometimes he forgets.
“I’m like, ‘You understand I’m like two months away from having a kid.’
“I think you have to remind him because he’s been away for a long time.”
Molly and Tommy have been in a relationship since they met on Love Island in 2019, the couple exceeding expectations after viewers misjudged their commitment to each other.
Hard: He admitted that because Tommy is currently away for a lot of training, he often has to be “reminded” that he’s having a baby soon.
The couple moved in together in September 2019 and have been going from strength to strength ever since.
In October, Molly admitted: “I’d like a ring soon please” while discussing her romance with Tommy, which she described as “perfect”.
She said: ‘They have been the best two years and a little bit of my life with everything, with my work, with my relationship. I am so lucky.
Parents-to-be: She and Tommy Fury are expecting their first child, a girl, in the next few weeks.
It comes after she admitted she was jealous of her other pregnant friends who can feel their babies kick because she struggles due to her previous placenta.
Speaking to her fans in a recent Q&A, Molly admitted she found it “daunting” because her boyfriend Tommy missed feeling kicked about their unborn daughter.
She explained: “Tommy probably felt his move maybe twice (which at this stage is crazy), I see my friends post videos seeing/feeling their baby move and I get so jealous, I definitely thought it was a given that would you do it”. Feel your baby move but that hasn’t been 100% for me, now I feel her at this stage but no one else can!’
Molly continued, “I think that’s also why I got so excited after our 4D scan failed because I think the placenta didn’t help us see her face either…after it also stopped us from feeling it, I got so frustrated.” !
Although it is what it is. I am so lucky to have a healthy placenta that covers everything.
Molly has been sharing pregnancy updates on her Instagram and also recently admitted that she couldn’t see her baby’s face on a 4D scan.
The reality star had shared a selfie with Tommy as he revealed: “Yesterday on our way to 4D scanning the girls was a huge flop.” She was so excited to see her little face but we couldn’t see her [heartbroken emoji]!’ she said.
‘(Just to clarify that it’s completely fine)! We also left it as long as possible to do this scan as they say the older the baby the better so I had been counting down the days…I wish I hadn’t been so optimistic perfect fit and healthy and fully measuring the average weight/size at this stage, which is all that matters.
‘It won’t be long before we can see that little face in person… I just know that it will look a lot like his father!’
