Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian shows off her bump in lingerie for Vanity Fair Italia cover – as star details ‘terrifying’ fetal surgery experience to save her unborn son’s life

Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian flaunts her growing baby bump on the latest cover Vanity Fair Italia – and detailed her terrifying experience after undergoing fetal surgery to save her unborn son’s life last month.

The 44-year-old reality stunner – who is seven months pregnant – held onto her growing baby bump as she counted down to her due date with her fourth child.

Kardashian, who is set to welcome her baby boy with husband Travis Barker, posed in the beautiful black and white snap where the star wowed in a black bra.

She was draped in a sheer black veil and sported smoky eye makeup for the shot.

In a candid chat with the publication, the star said she was unprepared for the fear of rushing into surgery due to her three “really easy” previous pregnancies.

Parents: In a candid chat with the publication, the star said she was unprepared for the fear of rushing into surgery due to her three ‘really easy’ past pregnancies

She said: “I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for moms who had to fight for their babies while they were pregnant,” she added.

‘It was terrifying. I feel like sooner or later I’ll go into detail because I hope it might help others, but I don’t feel ready yet because it’s been really scary.’

Last month, Kourtney documented the ordeal online, sharing a black-and-white photo of her and Barker holding hands.

It was accompanied by a heartfelt caption: “I will be forever grateful to my amazing doctors for saving our baby’s life.”

“I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from the tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock.” And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.’

A teaser for the interview posted on Instagram read: “After two years of trying, she got pregnant naturally at 44.

“And to those who criticize pregnancy at her age, Kourtney Kardashian Barker replies: “Those comments don’t affect me. I’m just saying: how could you question God’s plan? Because that’s how I see this pregnancy, which came about when both Travis and I didn’t even think about it and a year after we stopped IVF.

In the profile, Kardashian revealed the limitations her latest pregnancy brought, including sex.

Bliss: Travis Barker and Kourtney, already parents to children from previous relationships, are expecting their first child together

She said her doctors advised her: “No training, no pilates, no caffeine and no air travel.” Even without sex! I think all this caution scared me a bit because, in the past, I’ve never had to be that careful.’

Kourtney ecstatically revealed to the world in June that she is expecting a baby with Travis, whom she tied the knot with last year.

She dropped the bombshell during a Blink-182 concert, standing in the audience and holding a sign that read: ‘TRAVIS I’M PREGNANT’ – a naughty nod to a similar scene in the band’s All The Small Things music video.

Her breathtaking news comes more than a year after Kourtney pulled the brakes on her IVF journey, which left her with a series of health problems, including depression.

Kourtney, who married Travis that May, said she was “taking a break to just focus on our wedding and the wedding.”

In an episode of Kardashian that aired later, she said, “We would love a baby more than anything, but I really believe in what God has in store for us.”

She also said she had “seven frozen eggs from years before Travis” – a step she took when she was close to 40.

“When I was 38 or 39 everyone was pushing me to do it and most of mine didn’t survive the thaw because the eggs are single cells and none of them made it to the embryo,” said the eldest Kardashian sister.

“Everything that came with IVF affected me physically. My health is still affected because of the hormones. And it also took its toll mentally,’ she said.

“So I think the most important thing is to just be happy and be a good parent to your kids.” We just accept that whatever is meant to be, will be.’
