The star, who already shares son Forest, 17 months, with Ollie, cradled her bump as she posed for photos outside the restaurant with a floral door frame.
In May, Jorgie revealed her baby bump for the first time when she stunned in a leopard print dress that highlighted her growing bump as she cradled her son Forest.
Ollie was also pictured alongside his eldest son from a previous relationship, as he gushed about his growing family in the post’s caption.
He said, “Sooo, we’re going to be a big blended family of five! I can finally show you some pictures of our family, including the belly and my super hot pregnant lady.
‘I never thought I would have three children! That’s one away from a minivan… Original sound on this one, showing Forest’s joy at having to put his feet in a pile.
‘I couldn’t be more proud of J, it’s super hard to go to work last minute without fixed times, being a mother, pregnant and a growing baby!
‘A stepmother, who does a reality show and endures the stress of life and work. We love you Jorgie and I am very proud of you.’
Jorgie shared the news of the latest episode of her ITVBe show Drama Queens on Wednesday night, telling the camera: ‘So guys… guess what? I am pregnant.’
Jorgie and her fiancé, who welcomed Forest in December 2022, later posted a sweet post on Instagram confirming the happy news.
“We’ve been keeping a little secret,” the couple posted, alongside a video of the couple, Forest and their dog, exposing an ultrasound photo.

Jorgie previously miscarried four babies after becoming pregnant with quadruplets in 2021.
The star added during her on-camera reveal of Drama Queens: “I’m a little moody, not full of mood.”
You then see her talking about it to Ollie and asking if he was excited, to which he said he was, but quickly added, “And scared.”
“Let’s just hope and pray, it’s a healthy extra, and then I’ll sign up for the clinic.”
On a previous episode of Drama Queens, Jorgie explained that while she was keen to think about having more children, her partner was hesitant because of what they’ve been through.
“When I talk about babies, I’m like, ‘yeah, let’s,'” she said in the previous episode.
“But Oliver, it’s a bit more preliminary topic because he obviously knows the past situations, what we’ve been through, and also the risks.
‘I was at great risk. I literally could have died, and the doctors told him that….”
‘Oh, I get sad because I think about him. Besides, I have no one else to talk to about it.”
In August 2021, the couple discovered during their 14-week scan that Jorgie had lost the quadruplets they conceived naturally and in February they learned of their second miscarriage six weeks into the pregnancy – on the day of their engagement party.
The former I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! candidate explained that she had never met anyone in her situation.
But maybe now she’s “more upset” about her pregnancy loss because she’s grieving what she could have had.
She said, “Because I haven’t met anyone… I’ve never met another quad mom, and I’m probably a little more upset now about losing them.
“While it made more sense at the time, but… it’s… when you think, ‘Ah, there could have been a football team.’
Jorgie started playing Theresa McQueen in Hollyoaks in 2008 and left the role in 2016, but returned in 2020 and has been on screen ever since.

She now appears in Drama Queens, in which actresses including Coronation Street, Ellie Leach and Brooke Vincent and Emmerdale’s Laura Norton and EastEnders legend Rita Simons navigate their daily lives with soap stardom.
Jorgie previously admitted that she felt ‘lucky’ that she could confide in friends and although she will never be above actually getting over what happened, she is aware that without the miscarriages she would have lost her son Forest wouldn’t get now.
‘If it hadn’t happened, I wouldn’t be Forest’s mother. When he’s older, I’ll definitely tell him about our lost babies, miscarriages and how we got through it.”
She told The Mirror: ‘I felt really lucky to be able to talk to friends who have had a miscarriage and come through the other side.
‘I don’t think I can ever distance myself from what happened. It’s about progression. When I talk about Forest, it’s important that I don’t ignore what happened.
The actress noted at the time that the miscarriage was the worst “pain” she had ever experienced.
But she plans to explain to Forest exactly what happened when he’s older.
