Steph revealed on Tuesday that she took a month off from going to the gym after suffering a sudden health problem while exercising.
She took to Instagram with a video detailing the incident where she became light-headed at the gym when she was 11 weeks pregnant.
Unable to complete her workout, Steph said she returned to her office with a “migraine” and “nearly passed out.”
“I’m 15 weeks pregnant and the last time I went to the gym I think I was about 11 weeks pregnant,” she said as she bravely returned to the gym a month later.
‘I definitely thought I was over the first trimester nausea and I thought I had the energy to go to the gym again.
“Within the first lap I was already feeling very light-headed, but I thought I could just take longer breaks and take my time and still get through the training.”
The KICPOD host went on to say that in her second set of sets, she started “seeing stars” and became “worried” that something was wrong.
“I felt very light-headed at that point and decided it was probably time to quit, even though I was only on round two,” she said.
It comes after Steph revealed on Tuesday that she went a month without going to the gym after suffering a sudden health problem while exercising.
‘I took myself back to the office and as soon as I walked back I had a migraine attack. I can say that because I haven’t been to the gym since.”
However, after taking a break from the gym for a few weeks, Steph has now returned to her regular sessions, showing that she has now been able to complete her entire workout.
Showing off her baby bump while donning form-fitting baby blue athleisure gear, Steph endured scapular push-ups, assisted chin-ups and lat pull-downs.
Steph, who shares son Harvey, two, with husband Josh, completed her workout with dumbbell 21s, standing flies and two 45-second planks.
