Pregnant Heather Rae Young and her husband Tarek El Moussa were spotted at the gym in La Quinta, California – near Palm Springs – on Tuesday.

The married couple wore matching black outfits as they trained for the Thanksgiving festivities on Thursday.

This comes after the home improvement specialist said he wanted to be in the best shape of his life at age 41.

Their son is expected in early 2023.

The Selling Sunset star, 35, wore a long-sleeved black shirt that camouflaged her growing baby bump. She completed the look with black leggings and black sneakers.

Her platinum blonde locks were pulled back in a ponytail to keep her hair out of her face as she worked up a sweat.

Likewise, the Flip or Flop star, 41, wore a black T-shirt and basketball shorts. He was wearing a black zip-up hoodie and cap.

In an Instagram story posted Tuesday, the HGTV star said he started working out 10 months ago.

“I started exercising about 10 months ago. And I said big goals to be in the best shape of my life at 41,” he said of sticking to his 2022 New Year’s resolutions.

The broker wrote in a story posted on Instagram on Tuesday: ‘I’m barely walking but hey I’m here’.

In another clip, El Moussa went up to his wife while walking on a treadmill and said, “Even on vacation, here we go.”

Recently, the father-to-be shared a photo of the couple in the foreground of a beautiful sunset, enjoying wine on a boat.

In another clip, El Moussa went up to his wife while walking on a treadmill and said, “Even on vacation, here we go.”

In the caption, he showed his gratitude and also shared their plans for the week. The residents of Southern California plan to stay in La Quinta during the holidays.

He said that while they planned to enjoy their little vacation, they would also continue to work.

The Long Beach resident wrote, ‘…though the work never stops, we will take some time to get in the pool, relax and have some quality time! It’s so cute, Heather was so excited to float in the pool and be so far in the water during pregnancy.”

Showing Gratitude: “I couldn’t be more grateful to have two healthy kids, a beautiful and healthy wife and a baby boy on the way,” the HGTV star wrote in his caption

The father-of-two thanked his fans, saying in his tribute post, “As Thanksgiving week begins tomorrow, there are a few things I want to say: number one is that I couldn’t be more grateful to have two healthy children, a beautiful and healthy woman, and a baby boy on the way.

“Nothing is more important to me than that, but I’m also thankful for this journey I’ve been on with you for the past 20 years.”

Later, the Selling Sunset star also posted a photo of the couple sporting Thanksgiving-themed colors. She also shared a photo of her husband playing with the dog in the backyard.
