Emily Atack gave a baby bump update on Instagram on Wednesday as she enjoyed a relaxing getaway ahead of the arrival of her first child.
The actress, 34, – who is expecting her first child with her boyfriend, scientist Alistair Garner, took to Instagram to give insight into her British holiday.
Emily showed off her maternity curves in a plunging ribbed red swimsuit in a mirror selfie she uploaded to Instagram.
She wore her blonde hair in a high bun and looked radiant as she headed for a dip in the luxurious abode.
The television personality also shared a photo of her peaceful walk through a forest and a pastry she enjoyed for breakfast.

It comes after Emily shared a bump update this weekend with a black and white selfie shared to Instagram.
“Like a chicken sitting on an egg,” she captioned the photo.

In March, Emily revealed how pregnancy has changed her priorities during an appearance on Loose Women before welcoming her first child.
Emily said her ‘body was now a temple’ after friends worried in the past that she had not been looking after herself.
She revealed to the panel how excited she was to welcome her baby – which she has confirmed is a boy – and said she felt “extremely connected” to her body now more than ever.
“My friends used to tell me they weren’t taking care of myself enough and staying up too late and stuff, and now I’m like, ‘No, my body is a vessel.’
Before I add, “It’s so important that I go to bed early and take care of myself.”

She did not confirm Alistair’s identity in the post, but her publicist later confirmed the relationship and they have reportedly gone home together as they prepare for the baby’s arrival.
But her path to motherhood has not been easy and she says she has suffered from ‘every symptom’.
Laughing: I’m waiting for this glow. I had a flare, not a flare! Everyone says, ‘Oh, you’ll be in your glow-up era, you’ll be in the gym doing pilates’ [but] I’m like a chicken sitting on an egg! I haven’t moved.”

She went on to talk about how ‘liberating’ she has felt since becoming pregnant and claimed that the way she thought about her body has now changed.
‘[Women are] sometimes walking to the shops self-consciously, you know. I just let go of all those things, I eat the things I want to eat, I don’t worry about my weight. I’ve spent my whole life worrying about my weight, I do that too.’
Emily also shared how she was criticized by cruel trolls for cradling her baby bump and revealed she was flawed by the response.
“I’ve been criticized for a lot of things, but I naively thought that being pregnant would somehow protect me from online abuse.”
