The 26-year-old Love Island star looked relaxed as she enjoyed a healthy lunch from Zest Salad Bar, which included a smoothie.
Her gym-appropriate leggings and zip-up jacket hugged her tight, showing off her pregnant tummy.
She completed the look with black trainers and a goose down puffer coat on top for warmth.

She is set to welcome twin girls with her boyfriend, West Ham footballer Jarrod Bowen, in May.
This outing comes after Dani gave fans a glimpse of her new arrivals by sharing a snapshot of her latest scan on Instagram Stories on Tuesday.
The star shared an image of her recent ultrasound as she and Jarrod prepare to welcome their new arrivals.
Dani, who already has a son, Santiago, two, with her ex Sammy Kimmence, sweetly captioned the post: “Our girls.”

He admitted this week that he finds it “petrifying” that his daughter Dani is going to have identical twins, making him the grandfather of three in May.
The 45-year-old former EastEnders actor was on The Jonathan Ross show this week, where he discussed the upcoming newcomers to his Dyer clan.
He spoke about his role as grandfather to Dani’s ‘beautiful’ two-year-old son Santiago, and was looking forward to meeting his next two grandchildren, due later this year.
Speaking to presenter Jonathan, Danny said: ‘I’m a grandfather… he’s beautiful, he’s such a lovely boy. she is [daughter Dani] pregnant again with twins. identical girls. So I’m going to have three grandkids under the age of three for fucking May.
And he added: ‘It’s petrifying. I am over the moon. It’s weird when your child is pregnant. You care about them. It’s a miracle the whole thing, especially with the twins.
Danny continued: ‘I thought, when you become a grandfather, your children are all grown up and gone.
Round two: It is Dani’s second pregnancy, since she is the mother of her son Santiago, two, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend and prisoner Sammy Kimmence.
