Carley Stenson showed off her baby bump as she posed for a mirror selfie in her kitchen after a workout on Thursday.
The pregnant former Hollyoaks star, 41, cradled her bump as she wore a pink sports bra and gray leggings.
The actress wrote, “#pregnancyjourney #pregnantat41 #workout.”
One fan asked the TV star if there are “more risks when you’re pregnant at 41.”
Carley sweetly replied, “They keep a closer eye on you with more checks, which I liked because I heard the baby more.”

The musical theater star revealed last month that she is expecting her second child with husband Danny Mac, 36, as she shared a photo of the shadow of her baby bump.
She added the hashtags: “#springnewlife #ourbaby #bigsister #pregnantat41 #inourlittlebubble.”
Carley and Danny started dating in 2011 and tied the knot six years later. They welcomed their first child, daughter Skye in 2021.
The duo are made up of former Hollyoaks actors, with Danny playing Mark Savage in the soap until 2015 and Carley playing Steph Cunningham until 2011.
Last year Carly revealed how her attitude to her spicy Hollyoaks spreads had changed since becoming a mother.
She confessed to The Sun: ‘Now that I’m a mum I don’t know if I should take anything off.
‘I just think your attitude changes as you get older, especially when you’re a mother. However, I’m all about body confidence and women feeling great.’
But as she looks back on the time with fond memories, she said, “It was liberating to have self-confidence as a woman of about twenty years old. I have the photos to look back on and enjoy.

“It was always something I did back then, knowing that hopefully one day I would be an old grandma and say, ‘Oh, look at me then.’
Previously the mother of one candid discussed how she struggled with “mom guilt” while away from her baby daughter.
Carley signed up for Dancing On Ice in 2023, but was concerned about appearing on the skating show as it would mean more time without Skye.
But despite finding it difficult, Carley revealed she was able to ‘work it out’ with the support of Danny and her family and friends.
Describing how she dealt with being away, Carley said: “I feel terrible when I’m not with her. My mother’s guilt is real – it’s part of my DNA now.
‘I remember the first day back at work when Skye got a rash. I got off the subway and I could have gone left to work or right to home, and I had to call my mother and say, “Please tell me what to do.” It was horrible.
“But I knew Skye was with my mother-in-law, who is a nurse, so she couldn’t have been in better hands.”
Carley rose to fame for her role as Steph Cunningham in the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks when she was just 17 years old.
She left the show to pursue musical theater, appearing on stage as Princess Fiona in Shrek: The Musical, Fantine in Les Miserables and Elle Wood in Legally Blonde: The Musical.
In April 2021, she returned to the world of soaps, joining the cast of Doctors as Harriet Shelton before leaving in September 2021.
Danny joined the cast of Hollyoaks in 2011, playing the role of Mark ‘Dodger’ Savage.
Danny spent four years on the Channel 4 soap and was nominated at the National Television Awards for Best Newcomer, Most Popular Newcomer and Best Serial Drama Performance. He was also voted Soap’s Sexiest Man at the Inside Soap Awards three times, and Sexiest Male twice at the British Soap Awards.
He left the soap in 2015 and reached the final of Strictly Come Dancing the following year with his professional partner Oti Mabuse.
