The other driver involved was driving the stolen vehicle south when they allegedly T-boned Zoglauer’s car before taking off. Two “unknown males” were believed to be in the car, San Jose police said
Zoglauer was driving a black 2008 Nissan sedan eastbound on Blossom Hill Road, near Winfield Boulevard at the Westfield Oakridge shopping center, around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday.
The other driver involved was driving southbound in the stolen vehicle when they allegedly T-boned Zoglauer’s car before taking off.

The fatal car accident is still under investigation and it is currently unclear who had the green light in the situation.
After being rushed to the hospital, the driver’s body was identified by the Santa Clara Medical Examiner as April Zoglauer, 21, of San Jose.
Zoglauer was a beloved teacher at Play’N’Learn Preschool in San Jose. She had started working at the preschool as a teenager after volunteering there for years.
The Play’N’Learn co-owner said: ‘Her job was to just love it, and she was good at it.
“Honestly, I’ve been doing this for 27 years, and I’ve never had anyone else who could do that job. Not in the way she could do it.
“She was a blessing. She meant the world to us.”

Friends of Zoglauer said she spoke excitedly about the future as she finished work Tuesday evening hours before the crash, according to the Mercury news.
She was about to accompany a disabled woman, whom she often cared for in the evenings, on a trip to Hawaii – where she joked that she would spend her free time relaxing on the beach.
Kindergarten director Angie Loza said Zoglauer’s pregnancy was a joy for everyone because she had grown up at the school and they had all known her for a long time.
Lariz said the children attending kindergarten had also become excited about the new baby – and often asked questions about when they could see and hold him.
Now teachers and parents must tragically explain to young children that this will never happen.
