And while two lucky winners have claimed their prize, someone who still hasn’t won their ticket in Penrith, in Sydney’s west, knows.

The ticket is not registered, meaning lottery officials cannot contact the person until they step forward.

The winning numbers for Powerball draw 1380 on October 27 were 10, 4, 12, 18, 2, 34, 7 and the Powerball is 7.

Ticket holders had to have the winning combination of seven winning numbers plus the all-important Powerball number needed to score the first division.

One of the other winners, from Clyde in Melbourne, burst into tears when told he had won the fortune.

‘Oh my god, oh my god. I can’t believe this,’ said the man.

Holy s**t Holy s**t. Far away. I am absolutely speechless.

“I never thought I’d get this call. This has changed my life. I can’t wait to tell my family.

“My family is ready. My grandson wanted a dog for Christmas and I tried to organize it for him. He can now have all the dogs in the world.”

‘I am done working. I’m outta here, mate. Pension calls.’
