Pouting OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney pleads not guilty to additional felony charge over stabbing her boyfriend to death
- Clenney, 27, appeared in court Thursday to face a new charge of intercepting wire communications in connection with the 2022 murder of her boyfriend
- The new charges follow the revelation that the model’s parents, Kim and Deborah Clenney, have been arrested in connection with the murder case
OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney has pleaded not guilty to a new charge over the stabbing death of her boyfriend.
Clenney, 27, appeared in court Thursday to face a new charge of intercepting wire communications in connection with the murder of her boyfriend Christian Obumseli in April 2022. Her attorneys entered the plea on her behalf.
The charges stem from the revelation that the model’s parents, Kim and Deborah Clenney, were arrested this week at their home in Austin, Texas, in connection with Obumseli’s murder.
Kim Clenney is accused of taking the crypto trader’s computer from the Miami murder scene after it was missed by investigators. He then allegedly gained access using a password provided by his daughter.

Clenney fatally stabbed Obumseli in the couple’s Miami apartment in April 2022
He handed it over to her lawyers after finding nothing but a crypto exchange, TMZ reported, but was arrested along with his wife for tampering with evidence.
Clenney, who had used the name Courtney Tailor on platforms including Instagram and OnlyFans, fatally stabbed Obumseli in April 2022 at the couple’s Miami apartment.
Prosecutors have said this was the culmination of a “stormy and combative relationship” that began in November 2020.
Clenney has admitted killing Obumseli but said she acted in self-defense. Her lawyer, Frank Prieto, said Obumseli was regularly abusive.
The model previously told investigators that Obumseli pushed her and threw her to the ground, prompting her to grab a knife and throw it at Obumseli from about three meters away.
But the medical examiner who performed Obumseli’s autopsy said his wound could not have been caused by a knife thrown from that distance.

Clenney was arrested in Hawaii just days after the stabbing, but investigators believe she gave Obumseli’s computer to her parents some time between the murder and her arrest.
According to the arrest warrants, detectives recovered text messages in which the parents discussed trying to access the computer.
Clenney was previously arrested for domestic violence in Las Vegas, and police were called to the couple’s home in Austin, Texas several times.
The couple moved to Miami in early 2022, and staff and residents of the One Paraiso building where they lived reported multiple domestic violence complaints about the couple, even moving to evict them.
When the stabbing occurred, police reports state that officers arrived at their Miami home around 5 p.m. after an aggravated battery call.
Clenney was pictured in a blood-soaked dressing gown and sweatpants, while Obumseli was rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the torso.
He was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Clenney initially claimed self-defense to officers and avoided charges.
But just months later, she was charged with Obumseli’s murder while in a drug rehabilitation center in Hawaii.
