Porn star Ron Jeremy is at the center of new sexual assault allegations after a negligence lawsuit was filed against an iconic West Hollywood bar.
Two unidentified women have filed a lawsuit against Rainbow Bar & Grill and owner Rockin’ Horse, Inc., accused of “facilitating Ron Jeremy’s drugging of women’s drinks.”
According to prosecutors, the bar failed in its duty to protect its patrons from injury from other patrons and knowingly allowed the porn star, 70, to assault women in the restrooms.

The two women allege that Jeremy sexually assaulted them at the establishment in 2017.

The iconic Sunset Strip bar is also accused of allowing the porn star to use the employee’s restroom to assault women — and allowing him to continue doing so despite knowing about previous alleged assaults.
Rainbow Bar also created a general “dangerous, sexualized and hostile environment for its female patrons,” and employees allegedly even “facilitated the drugging of women’s drinks” for Jeremy, the indictment said.

One Jane Doe described in the lawsuit that she felt dizzy after drinking the drink as she was taken to the VIP restroom, where Jeremy “copulated and then penetrated her.”
In February, Jeremy was admitted to a state mental health hospital after being found incompetent to stand trial on numerous rape and assault charges.
The former adult entertainer, 70, was charged with 30 sexual assault charges – after being accused by 21 victims, some of whom were as young as 15 years old.
Prosecutors allege that Jeremy, born Ronald Jeremy Hyatt, restrained and raped or sodomized a number of women, and had sex with others who were asleep or unconscious.
But in January, Los Angeles Supreme Court Judge Ronald S. Harris ruled that Jeremy was not authorized to assist in his defense, his attorney, Stuart Goldfarb, said.

Harris said the former porn star suffered “incurable neurocognitive decline” after medical reports said he has dementia, is “incoherent” and suffers from hearing loss.
Jeremy was one of the biggest names in the adult film industry, appearing in over 2,000 films since the 1970s. He has been in prison since his arrest in 2020.
His severe dementia was determined through a review of medical records and interviews with Jeremy.
According to the Los Angeles County Attorney’s Office, the charges against Jeremy include 12 counts of forced rape, seven counts of forced oral copulation, six counts of sexual battery and two counts of penetration while the victim was asleep or unconscious.
The alleged crimes took place in nightclubs and bars in the Los Angeles area, during a photo shoot, and at Jeremy’s home, the district attorney’s office said.
Jeremy was charged with four counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object and two counts of sexual penetration by an unconscious or sleeping person.

Further charges include one charge of lewd acts against a child under the age of 14 or 15, sodomy by use of force, and assault with intent to commit rape.
LA District Attorney George Gascón said Jeremy’s alleged assaults took place over the course of more than 23 years and involved 21 victims ranging in age from 15 to 51.
Jeremy allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl named “Jane Doe 5” on June 12, 2004, by penetrating her with a foreign object, according to the August 19 indictment obtained by DailyMail.com.
Another girl, 17, was allegedly raped in 2008 at a home in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. In the court documents, she was referred to as “Jane Doe 22.”
One of the first allegations against Jeremy is that prosecutors allege he raped a 19-year-old woman during a photo shoot in the San Fernando Valley in October 1996.
The indictment alleges that in 2000 Jeremy engaged in “unlawful” sexual intercourse with “Jane Doe 19” through “coercion, force, coercion, threat or fear of immediate and unlawful bodily harm.”
Jeremy was also charged with sexually assaulting another woman at a City of Industry strip club sometime between 2002 and 2003, officials said.
Another woman, 21, went to Jeremy’s home where she was allegedly sexually assaulted in 2010. In the court documents, she was referred to as “Jane Doe 23.”
