Popular Wiggles toy urgently recalled over potential choking hazard
A Wiggles toy is being urgently recalled due to a potential choking hazard.
Product Safety Australia has recalled the ‘Yellow Emma Wiggle Headband’, a yellow and black bow tie with four flashing lights.
The consumer association has determined that the button cell batteries that power the lights on the headband have not been installed correctly.
There is also no warning on the label about the dangers of the batteries to children.

The headband was sold online, through retailers and at Wiggles concerts across Australia
Parents are urged to keep the toy out of reach of children and stop using the headband immediately.
The popular toy was sold online and in stores across Australia.
It was also sold at The Wiggles’ live performances and in the hugely successful children’s entertainers’ online store.
