Consumers have been urged to return a frozen McCain product sold in supermarkets and retailers across Australia after it was discovered the product was contaminated with a foreign item.
Plastic has been discovered in 8-ounce packages of Pickers by McCain Nacho Cheese Triangles that could cause illness or injury if consumed.
The product was sold at Coles and Woolworths, IGA, Drakes and other retailers in NSW, Queensland, Victoria Western Australia, Tasmania and South Australia.
Authorities have advised consumers not to eat the product and to return the item to the place of purchase for a full refund.
