Jack in the Box has announced a major deal to introduce 15 new locations in Georgia.
The popular fast food restaurant is known for its iconic menu featuring favorites such as burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches, milkshakes, breakfast and late night options.
The new locations offer dine-in, drive-thru and mobile ordering options – 24 hours a day in the Peach State.
The major franchise deal was announced on June 11 and highlights the company’s commitment to expanding its operations beyond its current concentration in the West and South – with approximately 2,200 restaurants across 22 states.
Tim Linderman, the Chief Development Officer, expressed his excitement about this expansion, saying it is a “step forward in our strategic expansion in the Southeastern United States.”

The major franchise deal was announced on June 11 and highlights the company’s commitment to expanding its operations beyond its current concentration in the West and South – with approximately 2,200 restaurants across 22 states.
“This new franchise commitment represents an important step forward in our strategic expansion in the southeastern United States,” said Linderman.
Specific locations for the new locations have yet to be announced, but the focus will be on growing markets such as Macon, Augusta and Savannah.
Linderman also highlighted the partnership with an experienced multi-unit franchisee, praising their entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence.
“With the addition of 15 new franchise commitments in and more than 30 recently announced commitments in Florida, we are excited to bring our coveted 24/7 menu to even more communities.
“Georgia’s thriving business environment and strong consumer base make it a perfect fit for our continued growth.”

Jack in the Box is frequented by celebrities, including Ben Affleck, who was seen eating his burger from the restaurant while parking illegally last year, but was warned by a police officer.
The 51-year-old fast food connoisseur – who went to McDonald’s three days in a row last month with wife Jennifer Lopez – went through the drive-thru at Jack-In-The-Box in Santa Monica in November 2023.
He apparently wanted to finish his meal as quickly as possible, as he parked illegally while eating his Sourdough Jack straight from the box.
However, his meal was interrupted by a police officer who was talking to the A-lister.

Afterwards, Affleck and Lopez looked somber as they grabbed some fast food at the Jack in the Box drive-thru, amid ongoing rumors of marital trouble.
The actor didn’t look particularly excited
The star didn’t seem too happy about the law enforcement officer getting in the way of his sandwich, as he seemingly had an annoyed look on his face.
Just this month, the star revisited the fast food store with his wife Jennifer Lopez.
