‘Popeyes kid meme’ Dieunerst Collin cashes in on a viral video 10 YEARS after it first emerged when he signs a NIL deal with the famous chicken brand – ‘days after the internet realized he was a gamer’ college football’

The ‘Popeyes kid meme’ from a decade ago is now a college athlete and a business associate of the establishment in which he went viral.

Dieunerst Collin is a 6-foot-1, 330-pound offensive lineman at D-II Erie College.

But in 2013, he was just a nine-year-old boy who made a memorable sideways glance at the camera when the recorder mistook him for internet sensation Lil Terrio.

The video went viral on the now-defunct Vine app, but the image of the moment still lives on today.

Now, according to Front Office Sports, Collin is benefiting from his former fame as Popeyes signed him to a NIL deal.

Collin lobbied for the deal himself, tagging Popeyes and encouraging others to do so as well.

‘I JUST WANT TO TALK.’

Popeyes responded to Collin’s pitch yesterday.

‘Let’s get this bread (ing)’, said his official account.

Originally from East Orange, New Jersey, Collin brought his talent, and recognizable face, to Ohio for the next stage of his career.
