Polish Madeleine McCann faker Julia Wendell reported to police over ‘explicit images of children’
The Polish woman who repeatedly claimed to be Madeleine McCann – despite negative DNA test results – has been reported to police over explicit images of children allegedly found on her phone.
News came this morning that police have seized a phone belonging to Julia Wendell, who went viral on social media for claiming she missed British toddler Madeleine McCann.
It has now been revealed that Dr. Fia Johansson, a private investigator and psychic medium who brought Wendell to the US, turned the phone over to California police after she reported a phone that Wendell left with her in California after the DNA test. was found to contain explicit images of children.
Dr. Johansson told The sun“Police take this very seriously and have assured me that a full investigation will be launched,” adding that the Orange County Police Department told her the phone would be passed on to law enforcement in Germany and Poland.
Wendell has denied these claims and said he has already spoken to police in Poland about this.
The probe comes after it’s revealed the woman, Julia Wendell, 21 (pictured), is planning a second DNA test after the first proved she’s not the missing British toddler who disappeared while on a family holiday in Portugal in 2007

Wendell also spoke to The Sun and said: ‘I had no child pornography on my phone. I’m not a pedophile. I am the victim of a pedophile.’
After announcing the negative DNA results in an Instagram post on April 4, Dr. Johansson revealed that The sun“Julia had a difficult childhood, we know she was sexually assaulted, she has been very open about this and my research has produced legal documents proving this to be true.”
The phone was confiscated after it emerged that Wendell is planning a second DNA test after the first proved she is not the missing British toddler who disappeared while on a family holiday in Portugal in 2007.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department reportedly contacted police in the Polish city of Wroclaw to tell them they seized a phone believed to belong to Wendell..
While the sheriff’s department has confirmed that they seized the phone, they are refusing to provide more details about the investigation.
The phone would have been voluntarily handed over to the police.
Department spokesman Sgt. told Mike Woodroof Radar Online“We are not going to comment on the case.
“Our investigation is going to take a thorough look at it and we’ll let them do their investigative duties and from then on we’ll let the judicial system take over — if they need to.”
Wendell made headlines around the world earlier this year after she uploaded her bogus theories to social media using the username “@IamMadeleineMcCann.”
Her claims led to Wendell even appearing on talk show Dr. Phil appeared after being beaten by American media personality Dr. Fia Johansson flew across the Atlantic to discuss the far-fetched possibility.
But eventually she was persuaded to take a DNA test and the results conclusively proved that she had no relation to Madeleine, after which Wendell returned to Poland to live with her father.
This was before a MailOnline investigation revealed earlier this month that Wendell had previously claimed to be three other missing girls.

Last week, Wendell said in a statement, “It was not my intention to cause anyone grief or any other negative emotion, especially not McCann’s family.”
Wendell also issued a 17-page statement apologizing for the “sadness” she caused to the McCanns in Rothley, Leicestershire – but then bizarrely denied ever claiming to be Madeleine.
Despite her apology, Wendell has now doubled down on her claims, saying on Instagram that she wanted to do a second DNA test: “I want to do this because I just want to do this and I don’t even have to explain why but I think everyone knows why i want to do this.
“When the results are out, I’ll let you know everything.”
She also claimed she is “supported” by officials and law enforcement.
Dr. Johansson said Wendell’s failure to accept the DNA result was partly due to her past and abuse as a child, but also added to The Sun: “Additionally, she felt she was being ignored by her mother, who refused to accept the DNA test.” accept result. DNA test that could have stopped all this from the start and given her the closure she needs.”
Dr. Johansson added that as a psychologist, she could understand why Wendell didn’t want to believe the DNA results, because she “didn’t want to believe her mother was her real mother.”
