After a dramatic final day of the Premier League season, Manchester City secured its fourth title in a row after beating West Ham.
The hosts set the tone from the opening minute as Phil Foden unleashed an unstoppable strike that flew into the top corner of Alphonso Areola’s goal.
The England star doubled his tally in the 18th minute after putting the finishing touches to a dramatic move before Mohammed Kudus scored an acrobatic strike.
However, Pep Guardiola’s side avoided any potential mistake as Rodri found a third for the hosts shortly after half-time.

Nothing could be done about a wonderful bicycle kick by Mohammed Kudus just before half time. Little else came his way.
Kyle Walker-7
The primary function was to support Bernardo Silva higher up the pitch. Looked ready for the defensive challenge with Lucas Paqueta.
Ruben Dias-7
Almost a super assist for Erling Haaland before half time. The often lonely Antonio followed quite comfortably.
Manuel Akanji – 7.5
Akanji has probably been their defender of the year. There were some mistakes in early concentration, but I eventually overcame them and grew into the game.
Josko Gvardiol-7
Another success on the ball, although Jeremy Doku’s efforts prevented the Croatian from coming forward as often. Defense not strong enough for the Kudus goal.
Rodri – 7.5
A few heated exchanges with his manager, especially in the first half, before emerging with the all-important third before the hour mark.
Manuel Akanji was solid at the back and offered plenty of ball in possession for the Cityzens
Rodri (middle) was in fine form on Sunday afternoon and finished it off with his controlled strike
Bernardo Silva – 8.5
The perfect weight of the pass from the right allowed City to maneuver West Ham almost at will. Very controlled and finished with two assists.
Kevin De Bruyne-8.5
Persistent in the opening conversations to give City the upper hand. Tormented all day during a proper veteran’s shift.
Phil Foden-9
Only Foden was able to take the lead from the front with two goals in the first twenty minutes. An achievement worthy of its individual accolades.
Jeremy Doku – 8
A trick against Vladimir Coufal, who he had embarrassed in the reverse fixture earlier in the season. Deserved a goal himself.
Erling Haaland – 6.5
Great in the build-up, but fluffed his lines in front of goal a few times. Ends the season as winner of the Golden Boot, although that could have been by a much larger margin.
