A Brazilian Playboy model revealed that the key to a successful relationship with her boyfriend is planning their sexual encounters well in advance, down to the minute.
Ravena Hanniely claims that with their decision they are ‘keeping the spark alive’.
The 23-year-old, who was on the cover of Playboy Denmark in June, said the decision to do so was based on many factors, including her and her partner’s hectic work lives.

While some couples may be hesitant to schedule sex to keep the relationship strong, Hanniely admits that doing so actually creates intimate moments that they may not have experienced otherwise.
“It also strengthens the connection. Having a set time helps keep the spark alive without the pressure or unrealistic expectations. It creates anticipation, which makes things more exciting,” she said.
Hanniely meets her boyfriend three times a week for sex – twice in the morning and once in the evening.
“We know that we have that time set aside just for ourselves, and that makes us appreciate it even more,” she said. “There’s nothing monotonous about it — the waiting makes everything more intense. Knowing that it’s going to happen, that it’s in the diary, makes your heart beat faster.”

This led to the end of the relationship.
“I’ve tried this before, but some guests can’t handle it. They think we’re some kind of delivery service: call and we’ll come,” she said.
“But life is busy, so you have to plan.” (My ex-boyfriend) always came up short when we had a meeting planned.
“He got so anxious that when the moment came, nothing happened,” she added. “At first I thought it was funny, but then it got complicated. He broke up with me because he couldn’t handle the pressure.”
