Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt revealed the only celebrity who didn’t pay attention to them when they were Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends.
The former Playboy playmates recalled how they would regularly encounter a star who would “act in such a weird way as if we didn’t exist on any level.”
On Monday’s episode of their Girls Next Level podcast, Madison, 44, and Marquardt, 51, recalled the tension at the time between themselves and that particular celebrity: Pamela Anderson.
At the time, they were Hefner’s friends and were filming their series The Girls Next Door.
While speaking about their season three episode, titled My Bare Lady, Madison — who opened up about her autism diagnosis late last year — said she was hesitant to bring up Anderson’s on-screen appearance because she “fears the opinion of people’.

However, she said there is no “beef,” she just doesn’t know what happened.
“It’s not like a beef issue, and it’s not like I want to single this person out because it’s kind of stupid,” she said before adding that she does want to talk about the incident because she now sees it “differently.” ‘ perceives.
“In my 20s, I assumed that if someone was really rude or distant to me, especially consistently, that was a big deal,” she said.
Madison continued, explaining that because she is now diagnosed with autism, she sees these types of interactions from a “different” perspective.
She said that when she was a Playboy playmate, she often encountered celebrities, who were either nice or not so nice.
Madison explained that Anderson was in the last group.
“It was just her doing this weird thing where she would always come up to Hef wherever she saw him… And she would crawl all over him, and then he would be surrounded by all these girls,” she said before explaining that Anderson wouldn’t acknowledge his girlfriends.
“She had this weird way of acting like we didn’t exist on any level,” she said. “The only reason I’m bringing this up is because I remember finding it so strange that I wondered what that was all about.”

She said Anderson would “groan” Hefner but not acknowledge his girlfriends
She said Anderson “would kind of acknowledge me toward the end.”
“In the episode where she brings out the cake naked, she gives me a big hug,” she said. ‘But in the beginning it was so strange. And no one else was like that.”
It was then that she recalled the friendly encounters she had with stars like Jenny McCarthy, Carmen Electra and Paris Hilton.
Madison said she assumed at the time that Anderson was close to Hefner’s ex-wife Kimberley Conrad, whom he divorced in 2010, or “maybe she was at this weird level of fame where people always wanted something from her that they didn’t wild. feel comfortable talking to people.’
Madison also speculated that “maybe she had an experience where she tried to talk to Hef’s friends earlier, and it went really badly.”
Marquardt then said: ‘I also thought it was strange that she completely ignored us, but still crawled so heavily towards Hef while his girlfriends were literally sitting there.
“I think when people act like that, they just assume that we’re just in it for the money and we don’t care,” Madison added. “But that wasn’t the case with us.”
Madison then tried to clear the air, explaining that she had no animosity toward Anderson and said she was empathetic toward the Baywatch star.

“Look, I’m the most socially awkward person on the planet. I’m sure there are a million people, especially from the pre-2004 mansion era, who would love to come out and say what a fucking asshole I am. So I get it, but also I don’t, because it was so extreme and every time.’
