Welcome back to Teamsheet… Mail Sport’s original football memory game with a twist that gives you the chance to test your football knowledge against your friends.

On this Boxing Day we go back twelve years to the winter of 2012, when Manchester United took on Newcastle in a thriller that ended 4-3 to the Red Devils. One United player scored from either end of the pitch, while a 90th minute winner from a popular striker proved the difference. But do you remember the United team from that day?

HOW TO PLAY

The aim of the game is to score as few points possible!

If you guess a player on the first try, you score one point – i.e. the lowest score for guessing each player on the first try is 11.

Guess a correct letter in the correct position and it turns green. Guess a correct letter, but in the wrong position, and it turns yellow.

You have six guesses for each player – and if you fail, we reveal their identity for 11 points! You can also ask for a free letter, but it will cost you a point.

So play on to see if you can score the best possible total of 11 – or fail with each player and score 121.
