Today’s team overview shows Manchester United in the era of Sir Alex Ferguson, where they enjoyed much more success than recently under Erik ten Hag.

United suffered a rare problem in December 2006 but returned to form with a 3-0 win over Aston Villa thanks to a brace from someone who would become one of the best players in the world. They will be hoping for the same result today when the two teams face off again in the Premier League.

HOW TO PLAY

The aim of the game is to score as few points possible!

If you guess a player on the first try, you score one point – i.e. the lowest score for guessing each player on the first try is 11.

Guess a correct letter in the correct position and it turns green. Guess a correct letter, but in the wrong position, and it turns yellow.

You have six guesses for each player – and if you fail, we reveal their identity for 11 points! You can also ask for a free letter, but it will cost you a point.

So play on to see if you can score the best possible total of 11 – or fail with each player and score 121.
