PLAY TEAMSHEET: Can YOU name the Liverpool team that scraped past West Ham 15 years ago?

Welcome back to Teamsheet… Mail Sport’s original football memory game with a twist that will test your Premier League knowledge of years gone by.

Today we go back fifteen years to 2009, when Liverpool beat West Ham 3-2 at Upton Park, thanks in large part to a certain striker who scored a goal. And we want to know if you can name the Reds team of the day.

It’s just for fun, so see how you get on and share your Teamsheet score… full instructions on how to play are at the bottom of the article and in the game itself.

Good luck!

HOW TO PLAY

The aim of the game is to score as few points possible!

If you guess a player on the first try, you score one point – i.e. the lowest score for guessing each player on the first try is 11.

Guess a correct letter in the correct position and it turns green. Guess a correct letter, but in the wrong position, and it turns yellow.

You have six guesses for each player – and if you fail, we reveal their identity for 11 points! You can also ask for a free letter, but it will cost you a point.

So play on to see if you can score the best possible total of 11 – or fail with each player and score 121.
