Pamela Anderson has made waves in recent years surrounding her makeup and her repeated refusal to wear makeup on the red carpet following the death of her longtime makeup artist.
The former Baywatch babe, 57, has been open about her plastic surgery journey and subsequent regrets – and now she’s all natural.
Pam famously increased her breast size from 34C to 34DD and later had her implants removed in 1999 to achieve a more natural appearance.
In February, Pam said Glamour“I’ve tried Botox, I’ve tried filler, but I haven’t had anything like that in three or four years.”
The Canadian actress also avoids treatments such as Fraxel, a non-invasive laser treatment that uses microscopic laser beams to improve the appearance of the skin.
“My skin is very sensitive and I put a little Fraxel on my decolletage and it turned black, so I’ve always been afraid of things like that,” Pam revealed to the beauty magazine.
Pam said Botox made her eyebrows fall and made her “look like a different person.” So she gave up and added, “I’m free and clear of that stuff and I’m looking like myself again.”
FEMAIL contacted plastic surgeons to find out the secrets behind the mother of two’s major make-under.

In February, Pam told Glamour: ‘I’ve tried Botox, I’ve tried filler, but I haven’t had anything like that in three or four years.’
While The Last Showgirl star may have gotten Botox in the past, experts say it’s definitely gone now.
“Treatments like Botox for expression lines don’t last more than a few months, so if she hasn’t used it for three or four years the effect would certainly have worn off,” she said. Dr. Manoj Abrahama board-certified facial plastic surgeon and a Persana-verified physician.
“Botox treatment by an expert softens lines without changing the expression, so unless she had a botched treatment, I wouldn’t expect her to ‘look like a different person,'” Dr. Abraham, based in Pouhkeepsie, New York, told DailyMail. com.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Rukmini Rednambased in Houston, Texas, agreed, telling DailyMail.com that it is not likely that Pam “has had any recent significant fillers or Botox based on recent photos.”
Regarding her negative experience with Fraxel, Dr. Abraham explains, “Old, sun-damaged skin treated with Fraxel exfoliates or peels and may appear dehydrated or dark.”
After the skin peels, it reveals new skin underneath, which would be the perfect surface for her makeup-free looks, which she started in 2019.
While Dr. Abraham praises Pam’s skin care routine, he thinks it’s possible she did laser resurfacing treatments or radiofrequency microneedling treatments to rebuild collagen and tighten her skin.
Dr. Rednam agrees that Pam uses good skincare products because her skin looks hydrated and healthy and said: ‘It is unlikely that she has had any other major treatments as she still has a lot of sun damage and natural skin aging.’

Another reason why the Barb Wire star looks so different is because she had her implants removed
For the CCAM Awards in Sydney, Australia in December 1994, Pamela wore one of Versace’s iconic safety pin dresses, looking like her true self
Dr. Rednam said the filler could potentially have lasting effects depending on the type she used, but overall, she ages naturally for a woman her age.
“She has visible lines and noticeable areas of volume deficit, which is normal,” explained Dr. Rednam out.
Dr. Rednam explained that it’s possible that Love’s memoirist Pamela was uncomfortable with her Botox because it was too much, telling FEMAIL how natural it looks “largely depends on the injector and their level of expertise.”
“A talented injector would be able to walk the fine line of balance between improving wrinkles without diminishing facial expressions,” added Dr. Rednam, known as The Confidence Doc, added.
A big reason why the Barb Wire star looks so different from her former self is because she had her implants removed.
‘In the 90s Pamela Anderson was very known for her full breasts, after she reduced her volume it definitely gave her a different look and put more emphasis on her other features rather than just one aspect of her body,’ said dr. Rednam.
