Ivanka Trump has fueled more plastic surgery speculation after a series of recent posts on social media.
Plastic surgeons told DailyMail.com that the former first daughter looked almost ‘too perfect’ in photos shared on Instagram.
The 42-year-old has never admitted to improving his appearance, but that hasn’t stopped the rumors in recent years.
Dr. Benjamin Caughlin, a Chicago plastic surgeon, emphasized a mirror selfie Ivanka shared from Paris this month, showing her in a matching lilac set and a pout.
Her chin and jawline look more defined than ever, likely with the help of fillersaccording to Dr. Caughlin.
Ivanka Trump posted a series of glamorous photos from Paris. Cosmetic surgeons noted that her flawless complexion is likely due to a combination of nose jobs, laser treatments and fillers
Ivanka’s profile is streamlined, which surgeons say strongly suggests she has had at least one nose job and a chin implant

Dr Caughlin said: ‘Volume in the right places can really make a difference.
“You can widen the mandible laterally. You can also lengthen it posteriorly. You can make the body of the mandible and the body of the jaw a little bit longer.
“It can really look slimming, especially in women.”
In another photo posted in July, Ivanka shows off her streamlined profile while wearing a yellow dress.
She shows her ski slope nose.
Dr. Darrick Antell, a Manhattan plastic surgeon, said, “The tip of her nose appears more projected and refined, but this could have been achieved with a nonsurgical rhinoplasty with filler. She likely had it done to balance out the rest of her facial features.”
Experts have suggested that Ivanka has had a nose job, possibly multiple times, which has streamlined her profile.
Dr. Joel Kopelman, a facial plastic surgeon based in New York City, said, “In some cases, achieving a very refined nose shape, such as a ‘ski slope’ appearance, may require more than one procedure.
‘The initial rhinoplasty may address structural problems or the overall size of the nose, while a second (revision) rhinoplasty may be performed to further refine the tip or adjust the bridge of the nose.’
Ivanka’s chin has also been the subject of public criticism since her November 2023 appearance at her father’s fraud trial in New York City.
While her chin in 2020 was smaller and appeared to sit more in her face, her chin in 2023 and 2024 is more pronounced.
To augment the chin, doctors cut into the skin around the chin bone and stretch it to create a cavity into which they can place an implant. This makes the chin longer and more pronounced.
Meanwhile, Dr. Kopelman told DailyMail.com that her jaw appears wider in certain photos dating back to the spring.
‘I suspect she’s had Botox to the masseter muscles… this is normally used to slim the face, but it can have a temporary widening effect while the muscle adapts.’
Botox for the chewing muscles is injected into the chewing muscles at the back of the jaw, on both sides of the face.
By reducing the size of these muscles and restricting their movement, this type of injection can create a slimmer, more contoured jawline.
In addition to the well-placed cheek fillers, surgeons speculate that she also had fillers added to her jawline to give it a more chiseled appearance
“Another option is the use of chin or jaw implants, which can improve the structure of the lower face and create a more angular appearance,” Dr. Kopelman adds.
“I see patients asking for this more often now to get a sharper, more contoured jawline.”
Dr Antell added: ‘Her chin has also been significantly fuller and her lips have been filled with fillers.’
According to Dr. Caughlin, the power of well-placed fillers – an injected substance that adds volume to the face to smooth wrinkles and accentuate certain features – cannot be overstated.
Fillers not only make someone look younger, but can also reduce signs of fatigue, plump the cheeks and reshape the lips.
DailyMail.com has contacted Ivanka’s team for comment.
Dr. Steven Fallek, a New York plastic surgeon and medical advisor to Maskad Skincare, added that her cheeks look fuller than they did before in photos taken in Paris, especially on the sides of her face toward the outer edges.
Cosmetic surgeons have told DailyMail.com that the changes Ivanka has undergone since she was a teenager (pictured here with her younger sister Tiffany) are too noticeable to be attributed to good lighting and masterful photo editing.
Dr. Kopelman added: Looking at the example (her last post), I would say she likely had cheek fillers.
“Her cheeks appear fuller than in previous photos, and this fuller appearance is often the result of well-placed fillers. It’s a subtle way to refresh the face without surgery, and it’s something I often recommend to patients who want to enhance their natural structure.”
And Dr. Caughlin said, “Does it look like she’s had extra fillers in her cheeks? I think that would be a good example as well. Probably the upper outer cheeks. A lot of people do really well with a little bit of volume there. It’s the perfect peak and valley.”
A combination of Botox, laser treatments and masterful photo editing likely also played a major role in achieving her flawless complexion.
Dr. Caughlin said, “Her frozen face? One hundred percent neurotoxin.
“That’s the whole point: to stop movement and prevent wrinkles. But if you overdo it, you’re in unnatural territory. Looks great on TV, but in real life? I’m sure it’s a little weird when she’s trying to express herself.”
Laser treatments are now a proven way to improve skin color and texture without the need for surgery.
Plastic surgeons estimate that she likely underwent one of two different types of laser treatments: fractional lasers or IPL.
Fractional lasers penetrate the skin and cause damage, triggering the body’s natural healing process and improving texture and wrinkles.
IPL targets pigmentation in the skin, including age spots and sun spots, and stimulates collagen production to reduce fine lines.
Dr. Kopelman said that in the final photos, “her flawless skin is likely a combination of Botox, lasers, and possibly a little photo editing for an extra polished look. I often see my patients use all three at once to create that perfect finish.”
