Plastic surgeons reveal list of cosmetic that Kyle Richards’ daughter Farrah could have undergone – after staggering before-and-after images of her WILD transformation left the internet in uproar

Plastic surgeons have weighed in on the possible procedures that could be behind Kyle Richards’ daughter’s wild transformation after a viral before-and-after clip sparked frenetic speculation.

Farrah Aldjufrie, 35, is the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s eldest daughter, 55, whom she welcomed in 1988 with then-husband Guraish Aldjufrie.

She has since followed in stepfather Mauricio Umansky’s footsteps by becoming one of the top real estate agents on the hit reality show Buying Beverly Hills, which follows the family as they try to sell mega-mansions.

But earlier this week, Farrah was thrust into the spotlight after being bombarded with rumors she had gone under the knife as photos from her younger years resurfaced.

Here, FEMAIL spoke to experts in their field who talked about the plastic surgery work Farrah has likely had done.

Dr. Norman M Rowe and Dr. Charles Pierce are both located in Rowe Plastic Surgery with offices in New York and New Jersey.

The experts talked about Farrah’s breathtaking transformation, which was recently revealed on TikTok

Side-by-side images of the star – some from 2004 and others from 2023 – appear to show a drastic change in facial shape.

The more recent images indicate that Farrah now has a flatter nose, more pronounced cheeks and a fuller pout.

Her forehead also appears incredibly sleek without showing any signs of a single fine line or wrinkle.

Dr. Rowe has since told FEMAIL: ‘Farah Aldjufrie has probably had a nose job and lip filler. A rhinoplasty changes your appearance dramatically, because in many cases it is so obvious and cannot be camouflaged.

“It appears that the tip of her nose and the bridge of her nose have been made smaller and the width of her nose has become narrower.”

He also added that Farrah’s lips “appear fuller and have a better shape than before, a sign of filler use.”

And Dr. Pierce largely agreed when he offered, “HHer face has changed from the older photo as she’s gotten older, but it looks like she’s had some work done.

“It looks like she’s had a nose job, Botox, cheek fillers and lip fillers.”

The analysis comes after shocked fans reacted to the first video, as many claimed it ‘must be a different person’ after noticing the differences.

One person said: ‘You’re not ugly, just poor.’ Just remember that.’

Someone else wrote: ‘Kyle looks alike but Farrah is completely unrecognizable!’

“Plastic surgery worked in their favor,” one comment stated.

‘Money and a good plastic surgeon! Well done,” one social media user typed.

Farrah has yet to speak out about her transformation and has never admitted to going under the knife.

But mom Kyle, who has since split from Mauricio, has never shied away from letting fans know about her own procedures, getting a nose job in 2006 and liposuction in 2012.

She previously spoke to US Weekly about the decision, explaining: ‘I have had problems with my nose for a long time. The operation made me feel better.

‘As for the second procedure? After having four children, no matter what exercise I did, the love handles wouldn’t go away! I am very happy with the results.’

In 2020, Kyle revealed she was going under the knife again for a second rhinoplasty after breaking her nose a year earlier.
