Plane passenger who left his family in coach to ‘get work done’ is confronted by his FURIOUS wife

A first-class airline passenger who left his wife on the bus with their two children to “catch up on work” was called out by his wife for talking to his female seatmate.

Jordynn Wynn, from Los Angeles, took to TikTok to share her thoughts on the “awkward encounter.”

The 32-year-old explained how she and a fellow passenger were unexpectedly upgraded to first class during their four-hour flight.

The pair ended up chatting for about 20 minutes before the man’s wife – who was in the carriage with their two children – believed to be five and two years old – came to confront him.

He told Jordynn that he was a professor who specialized in conservation as he was on his way to give a speech on the subject.

“Which I find really interesting,” Jordynn said.

“And so I just ask a bunch of questions — like don’t flirt, just chat about conservation,” she continued.

“At one point he tells me his wife is actually in the back with the two kids because he’s very behind on the project and he was in first grade trying to get it done.”

But then, after 15 to 20 minutes, the woman suddenly appeared next to him “with the babies” and was visibly “p****ed.”

She then took the youngest child and “plops the baby … into his lap and says, ‘If you’re not going to work, the least you can do is look at one of the babies.'”

The man tried to sidestep the situation by telling his wife, “She just asked how we met!” – what I did, that’s what I asked,’ Jordynn added.

The pair then got into a “heated, awkward conversation right next to me,” as Jordynn was forced to have small talk with their five-year-old daughter.

His wife reportedly cooked: “We’ve been watching you with your head turned to here for the past 20 minutes.”

Jordynn admitted that her knee-jerk response was that she judged the woman to be “grumpy.”

But came to the realization soon after, “What partner leaves their partner on a plane while they’re drinking whiskey in first class, with a two-year-old and a five-year-old, like a three-year-old?” – up to four hours flying time.

“Like, that’s awesome!”

Other social media users were quick to join the debate with comments that overwhelmingly sided with the woman.

“If my husband took the upgrade and left me in the economy with two kids, he wouldn’t make it out alive,” one wrote.

Another mused, “I think if he gave you the baby to hold, mama bear would end up on the no-fly list.”

And a third simply added, “I’m team woman on this one.”

But the unnamed man isn’t the first husband to shirk responsibility and put his family on the bus.

Last month, the internet was aghast about another gentleman who paid for first-class seats for him and his friend — but skimped on his wife’s ticket by booking her economy.
