Pixie Lott drops her party girl past to take son Bertie, 10 months, on tour with her as she opens up about her musical return after ten years

Pixie Lott is making a musical comeback, but she has ditched her party animal image and is going on tour with her son Bertie. To do so, she will have to give up most of her luggage space.

The 33-year-old rose to fame with her successful 2009 debut album Turn It Up and has had three number 1 hits with songs about partying and heartbreak.

It seems the singer has traded in club nights for being a working mom, as she was snapped today nursing her 10-month-old son as she made her way from show to show during London Fashion Week.

The new mother wore her usual blonde locks and a floor-length camel coat over a cropped suit.

She told MailOnline that the birth of her baby last November had ‘a huge impact’ on her and that she is now ‘making the album I wanted to make’ – Encino – which is out on September 27.

The Girls and Boys hitmaker has revealed she’s taking Bertie with her on the upcoming tour, saying: “I wouldn’t go without him. He’s my top priority. But I’m used to having a million bags when I’m on tour.

“I still have a lot, but Bertie’s stuff takes up most of the space now. That’s all we need now. We just need to get the car seat and the stroller.

“I’ve never been on a tour bus before, but we have to sit down and figure out everything, like hotel accommodations, logistics and making sure he’s my top priority.”

This came after the former party animal was spotted bottle-feeding her 10-month-old baby in between fashion shows.

It’s been 10 years since the pop star released music. She was 23 when her last album Pixie Lott came out, and she’s spent five years writing her latest album to go on tour.

Speaking about her return to the music industry, Pixie said: ‘I was so happy to be back.

“I can’t wait to sing the new songs. I love singing the old songs. I have fond memories of them. But for an artist, it’s a great feeling to sing songs that he or she spent so much time creating.”

While she was away from the studio, Pixie starred in a Christmas musical film coming out next year – Christmas Karma – with Hugh Bonneville, Danny Dyer and Eva Longoria. Gary Barlow wrote the music.

However, the singer appears to have traded in the club nights and is now a working mother, as evidenced by today’s photo of her breastfeeding her 10-month-old son while on the move between shows at London Fashion Week (pictured).

The former Voice Kids UK judge said she filmed the show last summer and had to wear Christmas jumpers in the middle of summer. ‘We were really overheated.’

The Gravity singer praised her husband and parents, who will be accompanying her for most of the tour, for taking such good care of Bertie while she’s on stage.

The mother-of-one shared some tips on feeding her newborn, saying: ‘I use Tommy Tipple’s anti-colic bottles and he absolutely loves them. The bottle warmer from the same brand is also great.

“I breastfed and also pumped. He also loves Kendamil milk, which is great for on the go. So we do a mix, depending on what my schedule is.”

Speaking about re-entering the music industry, Pixie said: ‘I was just so excited to be back. I can’t wait to sing the new songs – for an artist to sing songs that they’ve spent so long creating and making is an amazing feeling’
