YouTube star Piper Rockelle, 15, was spotted in Los Angeles on Monday with her mother Tiffany Smith, 41, just days before Smith was due to hold a hearing in a trial involving former members of ‘Piper’s Squad’.
Exclusive photos show the supposed ‘Miss of YouTube’ and her internet-famous daughter apparently shopping without a care just hours after the details of a January 2022 criminal complaint were reported.
According to 11 teens who appeared on Piper’s channel suing the stage mom, Smith encouraged the minors to be “sexy” and subjected them to “harassment, molestation and abuse,” the complaint filed in January 2022 said.
Sawyer Sharbino, Donlad Dougher, Corrine Joy, Connor Cain, Symonne Harrison, Ayden Mekus, Hayden Haas, Walker Bryant, Sophia Fergi, Claire Rocksmith and Reese Rocksmith areking for $2 million each from Smith and her boyfriend Hunter Hill in a trial expected to begin in November.
Smith allegedly touched, kissed, and made inappropriate and sexually explicit comments to several teens while they were filming content for Rockelle’s YouTube page, which has more than 10 million followers.
The mother who, according to the complaint, bragged about “creating child pornography” deliberately caused a stir, urging the minors to try oral sex and wear revealing clothing to highlight “bulges” in videos posted online.

At one point, the mother also appeared to check the rubbish outside their home.
According to the lawsuit, Smith called herself the “Madame of YouTube” around the young teens as they shot for Piper’s YouTube channel.
The public outing comes just days before Smith had a scheduled hearing in Los Angeles County’s California Superior Court. The plaintiffs’ lawyers say the hearings have been cancelled.
According to prosecutors, Smith would deliberately exploit the children on her daughter’s YouTube page and make increasingly disturbing comments against them.
In the nearly 150-page complaint, the group of teens and children described the alleged abuse they suffered at the hands of Smith.
The group called the YouTube stage mom a “mean control freak” and said she often made awkward comments about them and their private body parts.
Haas was reportedly asked by Smith if his ‘balls have dropped yet’ and ‘how long is it’ [referring to his penis]?’
They say she would make obscene and explicit comments about genitals, encouraging them to be “sexy” and “sexually aggressive.”

One video posted on Rockelle’s YouTube page two years ago shows eight teens in a “last to stop kissing” game where $10,000 was offered to the winners. That video currently has 10 million views.
The self-described “Miss of YouTube” also allegedly told Fergi that she “had no boobs” and that she was “so flat,” according to the complaint.
Smith is also accused of touching the children on their legs, thighs and buttocks.
One of the 11 defendants also alleges that Smith sent her own teenage daughter’s “dirty workout bras and panties” to an unknown man, saying, “old men like to smell this stuff.’
She allegedly ordered the young boys to take off their shirts and said “sex sells” while asking one of the girls if they “knew what a dildo was for.”
According to the group, she would also take on an alter ego like “Frank the Pug” or “Lenny the Dead Cat” and yell explicit phrases at the kids.
“I’m gonna fuck you up the a**” and “I’m gonna touch you in your sleep” were both reportedly said while Smith was using her alter ego.
At one point, the mother – as her alter ego – said to Fergi, “I wonder, since (this team member) has freckles, if he has a bunch of freckles on his dick.”
She also referred to a Squad member’s penis as “Dwayne the Rock Hard Johnson” at one point.
Some of the plaintiffs also allege in their complaint that they were not paid for their appearances on her page and for promoting Rockelle’s content.
