The 43-year-old flaunted her figure in a skimpy bikini as she enjoyed a day at the beach in Sydney’s Camp Cove on Saturday.

The blonde opted for a blue and black bikini top that showed off her bust, paired with silky sports shorts.

She added her favorite sailor hat with embroidery on the front, and first she wore a bodysuit over her swimwear, which she took off.

Pip completed the sporty ensemble with silky shorts and went barefoot, tucking her locks under a cap.

Pip also sported some accessories, including a chunky luxury watch and numerous gold earrings.

She stretched out on a towel on the steps next to the beach with a group of friends and caught some rays to top off her perennial tan.

She has been a devotee of the Clovelly-based studio since it launched a few years ago, and also runs solo classes online from her home in the eastern suburbs.

During the pandemic, Pip did three Pilates sessions from home every week.

“It was super challenging doing it solo from home, so for all of you, don’t be too hard on yourselves,” she told her followers at the time.

A typical Fluidform workout involves small movements and ‘isometric holds’ – where you hold your body halfway through the exercise for 45 seconds – to tone and tone smaller muscles.

“I’m a big believer in consistent, regular movement. “Exercising for just 20 to 30 minutes each day is much more beneficial than working out for an hour once or twice a week,” founder Kirsten previously told Daily Mail Australia about her workouts.

“This is what I personally practice between juggling work and home – I’ve found that as long as I have 20 minutes a day, I can keep my body in good shape and functioning well.”

When it comes to her other fitness, diet and wellness secrets, Pip revealed that she’s a big fan of vegetarian food.

“I’m all about a vegetarian diet, bordering on vegan,” she told Daily Mail Australia.

A typical ‘mid-week meal’ is roasted vegetables and a salad with ‘some kind of soup’, and she also enjoys tacos when she’s a little more relaxed.

“I always have eggs and Tabasco in my bag, I find it’s the only healthy thing I can have a quick snack and it can also help fill me up,” she told the publication.

A typical day on her plate is boiled eggs and tabasco sauce for breakfast with skimmed mocha, before soup or salad with another coffee at lunchtime.

“Trail mix in the afternoon and crackers with Vegemite and cottage cheese for a snack,” she told Elle.

Dinner is usually chicken with vegetables or bolognese or something else ‘hearty’.

‘If I snack at night, it’s licorice tea, cashews with dates, yogurt with cashews or if I have a real sugar craving, I’ll tuck into a lot of Darrell Lea licorice!’

Pip also swears by acupuncture, weekly saunas and weekly swims at Bondi Icebergs when it’s open.
