Pip Edwards reveals the six essential self-care products valued at $680 that she needs to stay grounded – including sage sticks to ward off bad vibes
Pip Edwards shared the self-care products she always carries with her.
The founder of PE Nation shared the insight with the website Beautify, and lists over $690 worth of products that bring her peace and tranquility.
The 44-year-old always keeps Aveda’s Chakra 3 Balancing Pure-Fume Mist on hand to rebalance her chakras with a quick spritz whenever she needs an energy shift.
Pip also relies on music, which she says is ‘really powerful to bring you back to your own place’.
She turns on Spotify’s radio feature to listen to her favorite songs. A one-year subscription costs about $168.
Pip also carries a tube of Elizabeth Arden Eight-Hour Cream, $33, a classic skin protectant. She says she applies it all over her face to hydrate, as she feels like she’s “always dehydrated.”
The socialite carries a bottle of Tom Ford’s Ombre Leather perfume, $250, an intoxicating unisex scent.
“I’m very sensory, and when I put this on, I know it’s my scent. And I feel myself,” she said.

The blonde has Gentle Habits incense burning 24/7 in her office and uses the brand’s Glass Vessel incense holder in amber.
She showed off two boxes of the brand’s incense, including the Byron Bay scent, worth $45 each. She said she loves the incense because she’d rather be in Bryon.
The designer says she also burns sage sticks when she wants to cleanse her space of negative energy. These sticks cost about $12 each.

“Because I’m so intuitively open, I don’t have to worry about the things other people do,” she said of fending off bad vibes, even after business meetings.

The PE Nation designer sells a tube of Hydralyte effervescent tablets, which cost about $12.99 per pack and replenish electrolyte balance.
However, she admits that she has a strange habit with the tablets: she eats them instead of dissolving them in water, as suggested.

“I’m the odd one out, I put it straight on my tongue,” she said.
“I’m obsessed with it, I eat it like a lollipop. It’s like Wizz Fizz,” Pip added, referring to powdered sherbet.
She again mentioned a tube of Elizabeth Arden Eight-Hour Cream that she uses because she “loves to look radiant.”
“It’s like old school. I’ve been wearing this since I was 20,” she explained.
Pip also sells a $25 hydrating spray from KMS for her hair, which she says has been “tortured” by bleaching and graying.

Pip also sells a highlighter from Nars, $46, a contour palette from MAC, $86, and her MAC Strobe Cream, which you can use as a highlighter. She says it’s “what makes you look vibrant.”
Also in her bag are a kohl eyeliner, about $32, a Summer Fridays lip gloss, $40, a Rimmel liquid eyeliner, $16, and two pots of Paw Paw ointment, $8.99 each.
The designer added that she normally carries nuts and ginger lollipops in her bag.
