Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has admitted he would like to return to Barcelona amid reports the disgraced striker is looking to end his Chelsea deal early to return to the Nou Camp.
Asked about his next move on the DjamLife Tiktok channel, Aubameyang said: “I’d like to go back to Barcelona… but we’ll see.”
The Catalan champion-elect has been limited on the attacking front since Memphis Depay left the club in January to join Atletico Madrid – although that hasn’t tarnished Barcelona’s domestic performance.
With a view to next season, Xavi’s side are looking for a replacement striker, with Brazilian Vitor Roque being touted under those names as a possibility for Barca next season.
Spanish outlet Sport reports that Aubameyang wants to end his deal at Chelsea to help set up a potential move to Barcelona for next season.

After his Arsenal contract was canceled by mutual consent, Aubameyang made 18 appearances for Barcelona in 2022, scoring 11 goals.
In September, Chelsea bought the 33-year-old from the Catalan giants for £10.3 million, but he struggled to fit in at Stamford Bridge and was ruled out of their Champions League squad for the knockout stages.
Barcelona need to sell players to fill a financial shortfall, and their tight standing means they will struggle to buy players but can sign players for no transfer fee – like Aubameyang if Chelsea let him go for free.
