Shannon Beador blew into the court-ordered alcohol interlock device in her car on Tuesday as she got back behind the wheel after her arrest for drunk driving last September.
The 60-year-old RHOC star would no longer be allowed to drive at all after the installation of the breathalyzer, which immediately measures the alcohol level in her blood.
On average, IID devices cost about $70-$150 to install and about $60-$140 per month to lease.

It’s been nearly a year since Beador was arrested for drunken driving and vandalizing a home in Newport Beach, before fleeing the scene.
According to reports, the socialite suffered, among other things, a broken left wrist in the accident.
