PICTURED: Dixie D’Amelio receives medical attention in ambulance after feeling ‘faint,’ ‘dehydrated’

Dixie D’Amelio was taken to hospital by ambulance on Thursday after feeling “faint” and “dehydrated” as she prepared to launch her shoe brand in West Hollywood.

Sources told TMZ that the 21-year-old TikTok star – who was spotted at a Lakers game in March – was working in the late afternoon when she began to feel “passing out” and, with great caution, “an ambulance was called to to take her to a hospital.’

The social media sensation was seen wearing a gray Calvin Klein sports bra under a black sweatshirt while being treated for dehydration by medical staff.

Her bleach blonde hair was pushed off her face with a thick black headband as she rested on a stretcher.

Firefighters had also been sent to Sunset Plaza “for a possible seizure.”

Dixie’s younger sister Charli D’Amelio gave an update on her sibling’s condition during a call ET at the launch of shoes.

The 19-year-old star, who is in a relationship with Travis Barker’s son Landon Barker, said: “She was just dehydrated and she got some fluids.”

The reality television personality assured reporters that Dixie would make it to the event.

“She’ll be at the D’Amelio Footwear launch tonight, so you’ll see her. She’s coming, she’s just getting ready,’ the younger D’Amelio explained.

Dixie herself also shared an update on her condition via Snapchat, where she uploaded a selfie sitting on a hospital bed while hooked up to monitors.

The entertainer responded to a fan named Kasper who asked, “Are you okay?”

Appearing with a yellow disposable mask over her face, she wrote back, “got too excited about the shoe launch.”

And just for the record, Dixie dropped by on Instagram Thursday night after the event to share her look for the evening and promote her new shoe designs.

She made it! D’Amelio shared striking photos of herself in a two-piece black co-ord that she wore to her launch

The bombshell stunned in a two piece black combo that bared her washboard abs.

She wrote in a caption to her nearly 23 million followers, “@dameliofootwear night.”

The fashionista wore a teeny tiny top and matching low-cut maxi skirt styled by Mimi Cuttrell as she posed in a mirror.

Her pixie haircut was styled in a smooth, slick look with a deep, precise parting in the middle.

Dixie tagged her glamor squad in the photos, which included makeup artist Olivia Madorma and hair stylist Laura Polko.

In a separate post, she shared three black and white photo booth-style photos as she rocked a pair of glamorous black sunglasses.

In one outtake, the media sensation gripped a platform shoe with black manicured hands.

Speaking to ET, Charli went on to talk about the shoe range.

“Tonight we’re celebrating everything the entire D’Amelio Footwear team has done to bring these shoes to life, and it’s a really exciting night for us – our first D’Amelio brand,” she said.

She added, “I think it’s so exciting for everyone, and I’m really happy to see everyone in the shoes.”

Dixie, Charli and their mother Heidi teamed up to create the collection, along with designer Lauren DiCicco, who has also worked with Jessica Simpson.

The new brand offers a variety of styles, including sneakers, heels, boots and sandals.

Before the health scare, Dixie had taken to her social media channels to count down the hours until the shoes’ official launch.

She’d snapped a close-up selfie and included a link to the brand’s website, with the caption “an hour.”

The star then filmed herself telling the camera, “The shoes have officially dropped.”

In her right hand, Dixie held a pair of the brand’s $99 black Karyenaa pumps.

In another photo, she wore loose-fitting black jeans with a yellow stripe down each side, along with a matching denim jacket.

She only added a black triangle bikini top underneath and wore her brand’s $189 black Camdon boots as she posed outside.

In an interview with L’OfficielCharli, Dixie and Heidi said, “We have been very involved with this project from the start.

‘From the name to the designs and even to the packaging. We wanted to make sure that the shoes were something we would wear, but that they were also really comfortable.”

They added: “It was also so important to us that we try to maintain the quality, while producing the shoes at a lower price so that it is more viable for our audience.”

The trio explains about the differences in creativity: ‘We don’t always agree, but that’s the nice thing about working together. It’s fun to have a fun and constructive discussion about our different styles and preferences, even about the best colors.’
